For such a dark, violent series, there were a few.

* Robo bending the party store robber's gun barrel 90 degrees.
* ED-209 falling down a flight of stairs and throwing a temper tantrum; helpfully, his programmers taught him to squeal like a pig when he can't get up.
* The many, many satirical commercials.
** The crappy sitcom that the bad guys watch. It's not the sitcom itself, it's how [[SoUnfunnyItsFunny the bad guys immediately switch to the channel and start laughing uproariously, even if no joke's been made.]]
* Blasting the ED-209 outside OCP HQ. Robo walks away from the apparently intact ED-209, the camera gradually zooming out to reveal just the legs staggering around drunkenly for a few moments.
* [[GroinAttack Your move, creep!]]
** "[[TheSpock Madam, you have suffered an emotional shock. I will notify a rape crisis center.]]"
* "Something with reclining leather seats, that goes really fast and gets really shitty gas mileage!"
* "Dick...I'm very disappointed."
* In the first film, when Robo is with children and interviewed by a TV reporter:
-->'''Reporter:''' Robo, excuse me, Robo, any special message for all the kids watching at home?
-->'''[=RoboCop=]:''' Stay out of trouble. (''children aren't very happy to hear that'')
* When [=RoboCop=] shoots Jones out the window, Johnson jumps up with this ''huge'' smile and gives Robo a thumbs up.
* The best example of BlackComedy in the entire film: When ED-209 malfunctions during a demonstration and shoots a hapless board member to death. [[BloodyHilarious And then continues to shoot up his lifeless body]]. When it finally runs out of ammunition, another horrified board member gives us this gem:
--> '''Board Member''': Somebody call a paramedic!

* Robocop reading the Miranda Rights to a corpse wouldn't be funny, if it weren't for his utterly confused reaction when this was pointed out.
* When [=RoboCop=] was fighting [=RoboCop=] 2, The Old Man shouted "Behave yourselves!!" This troper found it funny because you got one of the most corrupt executives in movie history witnessing a CurbStompBattle between two cyborgs armed to the teeth. All he does is discipline them like two bickering children.
** During said fight, [=RoboCop=] blows up [=RoboCop=] 2's shoulder mounted cannon. When he does so, it gives a little video game/cartoony sound effect.
* The final line of Robocop 2:
-->'''Robocop:''' "Patience, Lewis. We're only human."

* Johnson's small scale VillainousBreakdown in the third film when all the cops quit is hilarious.
-->(''as cops start filing out'') "You can't do this. (''more cops walk out'') You are employees of OCP, remember that. (''most of the cops leave'') [[{{Narm}} You are jeopardizing your retirement benefits!]]"

* The hapless would-be robber who tried holding up a [[DonutMessWithACop donut shop full of cops]]. The clerk quips, "how's it feel being a rocket [[ThisAintRocketSurgery scientist]]?"

* Robo's FlashedBadgeHijack in the third movie. Robo's requires a car from a pimp who's looking another way, the pimp turns around pissed and holding a switchblade, [[OhCrap sees Robocop]] and obediently gives up the car keys.
* Robo casually waltzing into the police station in the third film: DaChief points out that, technically, they're supposed to arrest him. Robo just asks to be pointed to the Rehab staging area, and suggests they call the fire department; the chief's attitude is what sells the scene.
