* In Silence Fallen, Adam discovers he had been bitten on the wrists by Guccio without knowing it. What results is Adam, who was known for his GoshDangItToHeck tendency around his wife and daughter, using every swear word he can think of that would make Ben proud.

* Perhaps it delves into YMMV, but ''Night Broken'' may as well be dubbed the, "get out my house Christy, Periodt," book and several of Mercy's internal monologues or outright monologues on the subject of her husbands ex wife are hilarious. This includes her TheReasonYouSuckSpeech both over the phone and later afterwards. Honourable mention goes to giving Christy a BadHairDay while personally in the hospital.

* Mercy glitter bombed Bran's office on four occasions when she was growing up due to being mad at him. Someone else glitter bombed it on a fifth occasion but Mercy never figured out who it was. Then in a phone call, Bran let slip that the culprit was actually [[NotSoAboveItAll Charles]]. Mercy is so shocked to learn that the scariest werewolf she knows would actually do something so childish that she's momentarily at a loss for words.

* Mercy's habit of taking bits and pieces off the old car she leaves in her backyard to tick off [[NeatFreak Adam]]...then the revelation that he [[spoiler: used to run around [[MrFanservice naked]] in his backyard at night]] as a sort of revenge.

* In Chapter 11 or Moon Called, a police officer comes up to the van Mercy is borrowing in the middle of the woods to investigate. Mercy just plays everything cool and has Samuel (who is in wolf form) pretend he is a dog. The officer's reaction to the "dog" is funny and Mercy's excuses are funny too.

** It much funnier too because Samuel plays a dog a litter to well.

* In Chapter 4 of Iron Kissed, Mercy is forced to show a lawyer she is hiring that she is a coyote shifter. To the lawyer, the sight of Mercy [[MsFanservice stripping naked]] is [[UnusuallyUninterestingSight nothing new]], in fact the lawyer casually asks Mercy if she's a stripper too. What finally gets a reaction out of the lawyer is the sight of Mercy shifting into a coyote, whom the latter immediately assumes is a werewolf. Mercy is baffled by this.
