* During the ShowWithinAShow, Pee-wee [[{{Corpsing}} corpses]] shamelessly while standing in the background, smirking and mouthing the other actors' lines. Toward the end of the scene, he glances at something off-camera and then slides over, partially out of sight. * Francis is shown to be very financially well off and offers Pee Wee a large sum of money for his bike? With all that money, why didn't Francis just have a duplicate of Pee Wee's bike made for himself?

* Very few of the animals that Pee-wee sets free from the pet store [[NiceJobBreakingItHero would be able to survive in the wild.]]
** Considering how quick the police and fire departments got there, I'm guessing Animal Control wasn't too far behind.
** They'd last a hell of a lot longer than they would inside a store that's on fire.

* Only a suicidal idiot would try to keep a chimpanzee as a pet (see the listing on Charla Nash on the NightmareFace page to see why--or better yet, [[NightmareFuel don't]]), so why is there one in a cage at the pet store? For that matter, what about the birds that appear to be chickens or pheasants, birds that aren't normally kept as pets?
* Being that Pee-wee is, as mentioned above, a ManChild, how exactly does he afford that enormous house and all the crap that's stuffed in it to the very rafters? Francis at least has his dad to rely on, but Pee-wee doesn't appear to even have a job.
* Where exactly does Pee-wee get those disguises from when he and Mickey are trying to get past the police checkpoint? That bindle doesn't look anywhere big enough. Maybe Mickey had some women's clothes stashed in the back?
** It's a bindle in a wacky comedy. It's obviously a BagOfHolding.
** As for the disguises - the car is stolen.
* Ok let me get this straight... Francis wants Pee Wee's bike and even Pee Wee refuses to sell it to him. So what does Francis do when Pee-Wee won't sell him that amazing bike? He hires some thug to steal it for him. Then, when Pee-Wee proves to be psychotically persistent about finding his bike, Francis gets nervous and tells the thug to get rid of it... Then what was the point of wanting the bike if he eventually gets rid of it? It would even be worse if Pee Wee discovers Francis lied about stealing the bike to him in the first place.
** Francis wanted the bike because he thought it was a cool bike, and since he's Spoiled Rich to begin with, he's used to getting what he wants. The bigger Fridge Logic issue is that Francis, through his behavior ("You'll be sorry, Pee-Wee Herman!") should have realized that he'd be the first suspect on Pee-Wee's list, and should have just had his dad go buy him an identical bike.
