* Selfina says that Finn was always cold to women, even his own wife. In Genealogy, Finn has three predestined pairings (Raquesis, Adean, and Ayra), but ''he never talks to them''. They're only predestined because he can talk to their daughters.

** It also makes sense when compared with the Oosawa manga, where Deirdre uses Silence on Clement and ''completely'' renders him mute. The Fujimori manga is LighterAndSofter and plays lots of Jugdralian tropes for laughs, so it can get away with a more random interpretation; the Oosawa manga, on the other hand, is DarkerAndEdgier and plays these same tropes for massive drama, so it chooses a more literal depiction.

* The first Holy War was actually only about a hundred years ago. This would explain why the Loptyr Sect survived the years after the war (wasn't too long for them to die off), why some characters (Scipio) don't have Holy Blood despite being nobility, and why the power of the Crusader Weapons faded in later games (they weren't meant to last, and only still work in the game because they're not that old).

** In Thracia, Leif briefly mentions that Seliph has an army ten times the size of his. It's entirely possible that in Genealogy, the characters you play as are leaders of squadrons who all occupy the same tile. The squadron consists of people unimportant to the story, like the Thracia characters. Levelling up means getting more people in the squadron. [[note Characters in Genealogy who logically don't have a squadron when you recruit them (Adean and Dew were in prison, Deirdre would've been stopped by the other people in the Spirit Forest, Lewyn and Sylvia were completely alone, Shannan likely went in alone to Yeid and so did Patty) probably got one later when the levelled up /note]] The characters from Thracia were all put into Leif's, Nanna's, and Finn's tiles.

* The Nattsu Fujimori manga's interpretation of the Silence Staff is that if the victim tries to cast magic, he can only shout random words. That makes sense, since using the Silence Staff on bosses doesn't stop them from talking.

** Wait... but what about stat caps?
* The two unpromoted classes that can use both tomes and staves in ''Thracia'' are Shamans and Loptyr Mages. They're essentially inverted yin and yang. Also, Salem can use staves because he's specifically mentioned to be a Lopt ''Priest''.

** I think [[spoiler:Azel and Deirdre]] about the same age, give or take a few months.

** Original poster back. Yeah, probably. That was a mistake on my part. I thought that [[OlderThanTheyLook Azel was about fourteen]] and [[YoungerThanTheyLook Deirdre was about twenty.]]

*Why the reason that characters who were introduced in Thracia 776 and don't appear in Seisen no Keifu and are stuck with having their stats capped at twenty? Because of the difference in story telling and the fact that most of the characters introduced in Thracia are militia who don't have the political importance or the holy blood to be relevant in more important fights like the liberation of the country of Thracia or the conquering if the Granbellian homeland.
