* The outcome of Mewtwo VS Shadow could be VERY dire. [[spoiler: Mewtwo is last seen with all seven Chaos Emeralds, and having read Shadow's memories, he could very likely use them to bolster his own abilities (Sonic was able to learn Chaos Control just from WATCHING Shadow, now imagine having watched him AND having access to all the times he had used it before he died). Mewtwo's already absurdly powerful, but adding in the Emeralds will only amplify his power MORE (imagine his world encompassing psychic storm with THAT much extra kick). It'll be especially bad if the fight took place before Mewtwo had his HeelFaceTurn, as he'll easily have the ability to wipe out EVERYTHING if he so desires.]]

* Regardless of who wins ''Scout vs. Tracer'', things are going to get VERY ugly for the winning party. With how tight-knit (and, for the most part, trigger happy) the Team Fortress mercenaries are, with their world-wide connections, they would almost certainly go after Overwatch to avenge their fallen comrade if Scout dies-- especially if the Spy (who may or may not be his biological father) steps in. If Tracer dies, the mercs would have to contend with the likes of Winston, Reinhardt, and likely at least half of Overwatch's roster, who are a formidable worldwide task force, even after their decline. Regardless of who tries to avenge who, the result would be a very ugly feud that would almost certainly result in one side being wiped off the face of the earth and the other taking crippling losses. '''No matter who wins, both organizations LOSE.'''

* It confuses people to how the hosts declared Red and Charizard's relationship as equivalent to slavery, when they clearly care about each other. First off, [[HappinessInSlavery we have two tropes]] [[MyMasterRightOrWrong based around that.]] In addition, we've clearly seen people break Pokemon rules such as getting involved in the battle (ei. Ash attempting to assault Team Rocket for beating up Pigetto, one guy jumping in front of a Fire Blast to safe his injured Pokemon, etc) or surrendering to ensure their Pokemon remains safe. Red...did none of that. And the game don't really show how Red takes care of his Pokemon beyond just battling with them soooo...Wiz and Boomstick are actually justified in saying he treats Charizard like a slave!

* Some people were confused as to why [[spoiler: Meta got distracted when Epsilon popped up. Simple. Sigma is manipulating Meta into catching ''all'' the AIs to form a perfect AI and Church is no exception.]]

*** Worse ''still'', the Jokermobile was simply a repainted Batmobile in this episode, and it was destroyed in the fight. This leaves Batman at a ''severe'' disadvantage against whoever gains control of the Sweet Tooth ice cream truck, since the main vehicle Bats had that was on-par with it is now lying in a heap.

This leaves Batman at a ''severe'' disadvantage against whoever gains control of the Sweet Tooth ice cream truck, since the main vehicle Bats had that was on-par with it is now lying in a heap. Then again, this might be mitigated by the fact that Batman has been shown to have multiple Batmobiles and could easily take another one out of the Batcave.

* Shadow attacking the Zubat that was attracted to the Chaos Emerald. Zubats, being one of the [[GoddamnedBats most annoying wild Pokemon]] tend to frustrate lots of people, and Shadow was no exception.

* Speaking of which, Mewtwo's CallBack to Vegeta vs Shadow by saying "Sayonara". The reason for this time is because he read all of Shadow's memories, including Maria's final words to him. He was pretty much mocking Shadow by saying those.

* A large amount of FridgeHorror below revolves around the aftermath of the battles - for example, [[spoiler:the Mushroom Kingdom being screwed since Ganon's arrived, or Red's mother never learning her son is dead]]. However, bear in mind: one common fact about the show is that the fight scenes are just fun representations and don't necessarily show exactly how the fight would go. This is proven by the fight scenes sometimes contradicting canon facts, like Master Chief throwing a grenade through his drop shield, or anyone being a CompositeCharacter (like Snake having his ''Metal Gear Solid 2'' model but some ''Metal Gear Solid 4''-specific weapons and abilities). Even within the universe of Death Battle, these battles are just simulations for fun designed by Wiz and Boomstick, meaning the battles have no consequence. This also explains how characters can come back from the dead for future battles or cameos.

* The ways [[spoiler:Vegeta and Mewtwo beaten and killed Shadow were [[{{Foil}} complete opposites of each other]]. Vegeta relied on his physical power, enduring the strongest of Shadow's attacks while retaliating with one of his own, and ultimately besting him through his sheer firepower and durability. Mewtwo on the other hand used his greater intellect, anticipating Shadow's moves by reading his mind, enhancing his own chances of winning by healing and using defensive tactics, and ultimately outdoing the hedgehog by attacking him mentally, leaving Shadow unsure what to do.]] Doubles as RewatchBonus[=/=]GeniusBonus, for those who watched both battles.
