** At one point, it is mentioned that you just need one person to love you. "Just One Person," from one of the ''ComicStrip/{{Peanuts}}'' musicals, ''SnoopyTheMusical'', was Jim Henson's favorite song and was featured both in the Bernadette Peters episode of ''Series/TheMuppetShow'' and the tribute special released shortly after his death.

** There are only three references to the last theatrical Muppet movie, ''Film/MuppetsFromSpace'': Gonzo's "People of Earth" callback (which, in itself, is something he would say even before MFS), Bobo's role as the villain's not-exactly-evil henchman, and the fact Gary and Walter own the movie on DVD (you'd have to look ''really'' closely to realize that, though).
