Added DiffLines:

* {{The Reason You Suck Speech}}: Motherfucker Jones brilliantly delivers one to the guys who come to his help for more criminal advice after trying to make themselves look like victims. He flat out tells them that they are not regular guys who fell on hard times, they are actual criminals who landed their boss in jail and are now trying to kidnap their last boss's son and extort money from him! Also doubles as {{Truth in Television}} as most white criminals are usually always given the benefit of the doubt and are viewed as flawed people even when they commit heinous crimes.

Added DiffLines:

* {{Scary Black Man}}: Motherfucker Jones and the guy from the first movie in the bar count. Because black people being black and angry is hilarious in and of itself.

* GoldDigger: Somewhat implied with Harken's wife, who cheats on him regularly. She probably didn't marry him for his personality...

Nick Hendricks (Jason Bateman) has sacrificed everything for his job, and claims that the difference between him and life's failures is that he's willing to take it. He spends six months sucking up to [[BadBoss Dave Harken]] (Kevin Spacey) to get promoted--and then he finds out that the position he's trying for will be taken by Harken himself, but at only 85% of the additional salary.
