* BoldInflation: The usual "italics for emphasis" shows up here. Underlines are commonly used for important terms and names.



* PoliceAreUseless: Gradually subverted. Initially, the police can't do much about Wily, but once they bring out heavier weaponry, they become much more effective and their coordination with Mega Man proves vital at several points. They're also still pretty good at dealing with regular crimes as well.
