Not all cases of a character noting the similarity between two characters due to sharing an actor are You Look Familiar - specifically, You Look Familiar is when an actor plays two different roles in the same show. As literature has no actors, and it is merely an allusion between the two roles the actor has played, it is an Actor Allusion.
