* Tropers/Supreme-X15: "Look Before You Ed", the supposed final episode of the series, left me bitter. Winter rolls around, and the only one not happy about it is Jimmy, who unsurprisingly, is at his most vulnerable during this season. Double D is sympathetic towards Jimmy and the two decide to make a safety club to make sure everyone is "safe". Admirable? Yes. The only problem is that Eddy and Ed keep screwing around while Double D and Jimmy try to take their efforts seriously. Eventually, Jimmy gets fed up with the Eds, quits, and makes his own successful safety club. The episode ends with everyone going home and leaving the Eds being stuck in an ice cage, because Jimmy perceives them to be the main threat to safety. And this is supposed to be the final episode?! This rubbed me the wrong way more than almost anything else in the series. Jimmy, although nowhere near evil as he was in his infamous revenge scheme in "If It Smells Like An Ed", becomes completely unsympathetic the moment he left the Eds in that ice cage, and as mentioned several times before, Double D is the nice guy, and didn't deserve this treatment. I get that most things don't go right for the Eds, but this is a cruel way to end the series. Not that I liked him much to begin with, but this episode just paints Jimmy in an even more negative light than before. "May I Have This Ed", the segment before this one at least had a happier ending, since the Eds for once managed to escape unscathed. It should have been the last episode, not this poor excuse for a finale. At least we got the Big Picture Show as the real finale to the series, since the Eds are finally accepted by the kids, minus Jonny.

Double D is sympathetic towards Jimmy and the two decide to make a safety club to make sure everyone is "safe". Admirable? Yes. Necessary? Debatable at best, as Eddy stated that no one was interested in Double D's safety club idea for the past two years, so that would mean accidents in the snow are few and far between, but Jimmy's the only one more accident prone than anyone else, so naturally he'd be interested. The only problem is that Eddy and Ed keep screwing around while Double D and Jimmy try to take their safety club efforts seriously. Eventually, Jimmy gets fed up with the Eds, quits, and makes his own successful safety club. * Tropers/cookieman: One episode in Season 4 that is very painful for me to watch is Stiff Upper Ed. The basic summary for the episode is that the Eds find out that Sarah forms a "rich" club with Jimmy in her (and Ed's) backyard, so the Eds try to show off their "richness" so they could be in the club. After some backfired attempts, the "painful" part happens ... the other kids join in the club. We have Nazz (alright, she's dressed up in rich attire, so I could see her coming), Rolf (FunnyForeigner, so his clothes could explain), and Jonny (who's just dressed up with a can). The Eds then come in, but Sarah/Jimmy ask for their invitations ... then they let Kevin of all people in (who's not even dressed up OR has an invitation). Sarah and Jimmy then let the Eds join the club (Sarah was going to force them out the hard way until Jimmy's intervention) but only if they're slaves. Yeah, treat the Eds like crap why don't you? Sarah has Eddy carry her and Jimmy around ... which results in Eddy carrying the rest of the kids in a giant basket. Double D initially has it easy (he's holding an umbrella for Nazz), but then Rolf starts harassing Double D because he's hungry, which he then beats him up for no reason. As for Ed, Kevin asks him to tie his shoes, but due to Ed being stupid, he just ends up tangling him, meaning that Ed probably got the least amount of punishment compared to the two. Overall, the episode just shows how rude the kids can get, even Rolf and Jimmy (who have been relatively kind and welcoming to the Eds at times). The Eds didn't even do anything wrong in this episode.

* Tropers/MadMan400096: That series' [=DMoS=] for me was "Postcards From the Ed". Long story short, Eddy (and Eddy alone, mind you) scams Plank's visiting parents, accidentally kills them, and all three Eds get punished. Ed's punishing is sort of justified with him taking on the responsibility of courting Plank's parents without knowing the consequences of Eddy's actions, but Edd didn't do a damn thing. That's not funny. Just infuriating.

* Tropers/CabbitGirlEmi: Since everyone has the same sentiments towards "If It Smells Like An Ed" and I tolerate "Sorry, Wrong Ed" at best, allow me to bring up "My Fair Ed". When Eddy finds a spear of broccoli in Edd's groceries, he and Ed start chasing each other around the cul-de-sac. Said chase leads to the destruction of Rolf's eggplant garden, Jimmy getting injured (again), and Kevin's bike in shambles. And for some reason, it's all Edd's fault and Kevin threatens to break his legs if he doesn't get them under control! Because, it's the responsible guy's fault that his immature friends are destructive... And after Edd disciplines his friends in a rather hilarious manner, Ed and Eddy act obnoxiously helpful to these ungrateful twerps, and once again, they blame Edd. What's with these people? It just makes no sense.

** Animeking1108: Unlike everyone else, I actually sympathize with Jimmy. My problem with this episode was how the kids reacted to Jimmy's humiliation. While I expected Eddy, Kevin, and maybe Ed and Jonny to laugh at Jimmy, the fact that Edd, Rolf, and Nazz were laughing too was just sickening. It's especially jarring with Nazz since she actually called out everyone else for laughing at Jimmy after he got chased by Victor. This episode was one big OutOfCharacterMoment.
