[[https://www.youtube.com/user/DaThings1/ DaThings]] is a WebAnimation/YouTubePoop maker who made a name for herself with her music video poops ([[ItMakesSenseInContext the literal music videos]], not [[AwesomeMusic/YouTubePoop YTPMVs]]). She has since included other media, including ''WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic'' and movies into the mix, whilst avoiding endless repetition of "classic" sources. She often ([[NotSoAboveItAll but not always]]) uses clean humor, in stark contrast to other poopers such as Creator/{{CS188}} or Creator/{{Deepercutt}}.

[=DaThings=] is run by Ellie Thomas, creator of the comedic review series [[https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCHtfUcxdUNSOl7IdWKBoUaw Ellie-mentary]] (having replaced her previous series "Luke At This").
