This page is for listing tropes related to villians who operate on the behest of the organization known as The Light in the animated series ''WesternAnimation/YoungJustice''.

For other characters that appear in the series, see the [[Characters/YoungJustice Young Justice Character Index]].

[[foldercontrol]]

[[folder: Independent Agents]]
Villains who are in the employ of the Light, or the employ of one of its members, but are not part of Project Cadmus, the League of Shadows, Kobra, or the other organizations below.

[[WMG: Abra Kadabra]]
->Voiced by Creator/JeffBennett

* BrownEyes
* ElectricTorture: Seems to be a favorite of his.
* MagicFromTechnology
* RoleReprisal: From ''WesternAnimation/BatmanTheBraveAndTheBold''.
* SpannerInTheWorks: According to WordOfGod, one of the main reasons Klarion recruited him to help get the helmet of Nabu was because Kent Nelson would be less prepared for a fake magician than a real one.

[[WMG: Amazo]]
->Voiced by Peter [=MacNicol=]

* AllYourPowersCombined
* CallingYourAttacks: He has to say the name of whatever Justice League member whose powers it has copied before it can use them. Given that Amazo is a robot, and that this was his first ever appearance within the continuity of the show, this is more understandable than most examples. Although this provides a clue to Amazo's weakness, and the team use that to defeat it.
* TheDragon: To Professor Ivo, for however long it lasted.
* ImplacableMan
* LightningBruiser: Thanks to Superman and Flash's powers.
* PowerCopying
** IntangibleMan
** MakeMeWannaShout
** PowerPalms: Its take on Captain Atom's powers.
** SuperSpeed
** SuperStrength
* RedEyesTakeWarning
* YourHeadAsplode: After Superboy {{Tele Frag}}s it.

[[WMG: Captain Cold (Leonard Snart)]]
->Voiced by Creator/DeeBradleyBaker (Season 1)
->Voiced by Creator/AlanTudyk (Season 2)

* ButtMonkey: He tried to rob a bank [[EpicFail while a bunch of heroines were having a Bridal Shower across the street.]]
-->''I'm completely doomed, aren't I?''
* AnIceGun
* AnIcePerson
* AnIceSuit
* MuggingTheMonster: Didn't know that the bank he was robbing was across the street from the Bridal Shower of a group of super heroines. That ends about as well as you'd expect.
* OhCrap: The above line in ButtMonkey, his only line in the series.

[[WMG: ComicBook/{{Deathstroke}} (Slade Wilson)]]
->Voiced by Creator/WentworthMiller ("The Fix"), Creator/FredTatasciore ("Complications" and "Summit")

Sportsmaster's replacement, hired in anticipation of Sportsmaster's betrayal.

* AwesomeMcCoolname: His real name is Slade Wilson. That's pretty cool.
* {{Badass}}: Introduced stopping Sportsmaster's assassination attempt on Black Manta and sending him running, cementing his position as the Light's new enforcer. In the next few episodes he beats Lagoon Boy one-on-one and proves an equal match to Sportsmaster.
** BadassBaritone: When voiced by Creator/FredTatasciore.
** BadassBeard: When unmasked, he has a white beard.
** BadassGrandpa: WordOfGod states that he is 52, making Deathstroke somewhat younger than most examples of this trope, although he still qualifies.
* BloodKnight
-->(''in response to Lagoon Boy requesting backup'') "See, calling for help like that just pushes up the timetable. Now I can't savor the battle."
* CombatPragmatist: How does he begin his first encounter with some Team members? Drawing his sword... and using it to reflect sunlight into their eyes.
** Lagoon Boy throws car door? He kicks it right back at him.
* DeadpanSnarker
* TheDragon: He takes Sportsmaster's place as one to the Light as a whole. Luthor himself acknowledges his high position, stating that he's not so much a pawn, but more of a bishop.
* DragonWithAnAgenda: He wants his own seat at the Light's table, like Manta before him.
* EvilSoundsDeep: After FredTatasciore takes over the role.
* EyePatchOfPower
* HeterosexualLifePartners: {{Implied}} to have been this with Sportsmaster.
* ImprobableAimingSkills: Shoots a shuriken thrown by Sportsmaster with a handgun.
* PunchClockVillain: In a very limited sense. When he has Lagoon Boy at his mercy, he observes that Lagoon Boy is not on his employers' hit list, so he won't kill or abduct him. However, he does enjoy beating people senseless whether it's mission-related or not.
* YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness: Sportsmaster warns that Deathstroke will suffer this eventually. Deathstroke counters that he won't if he [[DragonAscendant joins the Light as an equal eventually]].

[[WMG: Devastation]]
->Voiced by: Diane Delano

* AbhorrentAdmirer: Would appear to be Psimon's. At the very least, his reaction to her advances is that of unease.
* BrawnHilda: She's large, domineering, aggressive, and intimidating, not to mention that Psimon doesn't exactly look like he enjoys the fact that she has the hots for him.
* TheBrute: But ''[[SmarterThanYouLook not]]'' [[DumbMuscle stupid]] (or at least not overtly so). In fact, upon discovering Wonder Girl in "Beneath", she's the first to catch on to the presence of the other members of the Team.
* InASingleBound
* MinionShipping: While one-sided, her lines and [[NoSenseOfPersonalSpace behavior]] towards Psimon in "Beneath" indicate some sort of attraction on her part. [[MayDecemberRomance Doesn't even seem to mind that Psimon's got a good twenty years on her.]] See also: BrainsAndBrawn, TinyGuyHugeGirl.
-->[[NerdsAreSexy "Psimon! I like the way that pretty brain of yours thinks."]]
* SmugSnake
* SmugSuper: [[BadassBoast "Do you really think you stand a chance, Blondie? I've gone toe-to-toe with the actual Wonder Woman!"]]
* SuperStrength
* SuperToughness
* TattooedCrook: Sports thorn tattoos across the left side of her face, as well as her left arm.
* YoungerThanTheyLook: ''Much'' younger. [[http://www.s8.org/gargoyles/askgreg/search.php?qid=15578 According to]] WordOfGod, she's only '''1''' by the end of Season 1. [[note]]Going by her backstory in the comics, Devastation is, in most aspects, [[EvilCounterpart the "anti-Wonder Woman"]]; she was a clay figure breathed to life by Cronus to serve as his champion with the hopes of besting Olympus' own champion, Wondy herself.[[/note]]

[[WMG: Mercy Graves]]

* AmbiguouslyHuman: There's discussion as to just how much of her is human. She seems to be MadeOfIron, taking far more damage than the average human, and Lex's intense trust in her is a bit surprising. On the other hand, she does bleed, but only after being thrown into a car so hard the car is totaled.
* AnArmAndALeg: [[spoiler: Gets her cybernetic right arm blown off courtesy of Arsenal.]]
* ArmCannon: Her right arm can turn into a [[FrickinLaserBeams laser cannon]].
* ArtificialLimbs: Her right arm.
* BattleButler
* BodyguardBabes: To Luthor.
* BrownEyes
* CombatStilettos: Mind you, she didn't get dressed intended for combat, but she never wears anything other than high heels.
* {{Cyborg}}: [[WordOfGod Greg Weisman]] confirmed on [[LineToGod Ask Greg]] that Mercy is one and has at least one cybernetic limb.
* DarkActionGirl
* DangerouslyShortSkirt
* TheDragon: To Lex Luthor. As befitting the trope, she fights so he doesn't have to.
* EmotionlessGirl: Doesn't display any emotion over the course of the series.
* TheVoiceless: Hasn't said a word in any of her appearances. Though she did let out an audible cry of pain in "Satisfaction."

[[WMG: Monsieur Mallah]]
->Voiced by Creator/DeeBradleyBaker

* TheDragon: To the Brain.
* GatlingGood: Uses a minigun in battle.
* GeniusBruiser: Doesn't say much, but he was prepped to assist in brain surgery.
* KillerGorilla
* MightyGlacier
* NiceHat: Likes to wear a red beret.
* TheVoiceless: In contrast to his comics counterpart.

[[WMG: Mr. Freeze (Victor Fries)]]
->Voiced by Creator/KeithSzarabajka

* BaldOfEvil: Well it ''is'' Mr. Freeze
* CreepyMonotone
* EvilGenius: Of the ice villains. He had the foresight to remove his collar in Belle Reve and managed to retrace the steps of the one who reactivated them.
* FreezeRay
* AnIceGun[=/=]{{BFG}}
* AnIcePerson
* AnIceSuit
* IcyBlueEyes: They fit with his ice theme.
* TheStarscream: Subverted. While in Belle Reve, Freeze tries to usurp Icicle Sr. It's just a ploy to escape however. [[spoiler: Though, Icicle Jr. didn't know that.]]
* WeaksauceWeakness: Can't survive outside of subzero temperatures, that means when his dome is shattered, he's beaten.

[[WMG: Icicle Jr. (Cameron Mahkent)]]
->Voiced by Creator/YuriLowenthal

* AbhorrentAdmirer: For Tuppence Terror. His attempts at flirting creep her out.
* ChildhoodFriends: With Artemis. As shown in the tie-in comics. He is unaware she works with superheroes. (In the main DC universe, their counterparts are married.)
* AnIcePerson
* AnIceSuit
* LegacyCharacter: With a name like "Junior", this is pretty much a given.
* MinionWithAnFInEvil: One explanation for his failure to kill M'gann and his generally benign personality in "Terrors".
* TookALevelInBadass: In "Darkest".
* WellDoneSonGuy: His relationship with Icicle Sr.
* [[WhyDontYouJustShootHim Why Don't You Just Stab Her?]]: Was given a perfect opportunity to kill M'gann in Season 2, but had to take the time to gripe about her [[CallBack breaking his heart in Belle Reve]] first.
* WisdomFromTheGutter: Unknowingly offers some to Superboy about hooking up with Megan.
* VillainousFriendship: Subverted with a disguised Superboy.

[[WMG: Icicle Sr.]]
->Voiced by James Remar

* AdaptationalBadass
* BeardOfEvil
* GracefulLoser
* HumanPopsicle: WordOfGod is that he spent 35 years "on ice", explaining why he's [[OlderThanTheyLook Older Than He Looks]].
* AnIcePerson
* SparedByTheAdaptation: In the comics the first Icicle died in ''CrisisOnInfiniteEarths'' before his son took up the mantle.
* OlderThanTheyLook: According to WordOfGod, he's really ''85 years old'', but is physiologically 50.

[[WMG: Killer Frost (Crystal Frost)]]
->Voiced by Sarah Shahi ("Terror"), Creator/VanessaMarshall (''Legacy'')

* AbsoluteCleavage
* ForTheEvulz
* [[HoistByHisOwnPetard Hoist By Her Own Petard]]: In the pilot, she freezes Aqualad's water weapons only for him to use the chunks of ice to knock her out.
** Happens ''again'' in "Terrors" this time with Superboy.
* AnIcePerson
* AnIceSuit
* TheSociopath
* WholeCostumeReference: Wears her ''JusticeLeagueUnlimited'' costume, only with black pants and a cape added.
* YouGottaHaveBlueHair: Actually has blue hair.

[[WMG: Mister Twister (Bromwell Stikk)]]
->Voiced by Creator/JohnDeLancie

* AdaptationalBadass: In the comics, he's rarely ever a problem. On the show, he repeatedly [[CurbStompBattle curbstomps]] the team.
* ElementalPowers
** BlowYouAway
** ShockAndAwe
* EvilSoundsDeep
* TheManBehindTheCurtain
* MetaMecha: It's a PoweredArmor, but for safety concerns the "human" pilot is an android himself.
* MistakenIdentity: In his initial appearance, Miss Martian can't read his mind, leading the team to mistake him for a disguised Red Tornado giving them a SecretTest.
* PoweredArmor
* ScarfOfAsskicking
* ScrewThisImOuttaHere: The real Stikk ditches the base when Red Volcano goes rogue, the android is annoyed that his first real victim got away.
-->'''Red Volcano''': Where is Stikk?!
* UndyingLoyalty: After the Red Volcano fiasco, Brom can be later seen [[spoiler: at the aged Morrow's bedside.]]

[[WMG:Professor Anthony Ivo]]
->Voiced by Peter [=MacNicol=]

* AffablyEvil
* DeadpanSnarker
* FunWithAcronyms: Lampshaded when he comments that it's hard to find an acronym for monkey.
* IShallTauntYou
* MadScientist
* RobotMaster: He built Amazo, the [[FunWithAcronyms MONQIs]], and robot double of himself.
* SmugSnake
* VillainExitStageLeft: When the Team defeats Amazo, Ivo manages to escape offscreen.

[[WMG: Professor Hugo Strange]]
->Voiced by Adrian Pasdar

* AffablyEvil
* BaldOfEvil
* BeardOfEvil
* TheMole
** MoleInCharge: Which was the whole point of the attempted breakout.
* MorallyAmbiguousDoctorate
* ScaryShinyGlasses: Though they appear to be tinted in this version of the character.
* TheShrink: Plays a Type 2 until TheReveal.

[[WMG: Professor T.O. Morrow]]
->Voiced by Creator/JeffBennett

* DarkLordOnLifeSupport: This is the case for [[spoiler:the real [[MadScientist T.O. Morrow]]]], who is extremely old and in a coma.
* EvilOldFolks
* ForScience
* GracefulLoser
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: No more "Pinocchios!". It MakesSenseInContext.
** All his Red androids [[GoneHorriblyRight went horribly right]]. The first three, designed to infiltrate the Justice Society of America, became genuine heroes and turned against him, and Red Volcano, meant to have no humanity, decided that Morrow was obsolete and turned against him.
* TheManBehindTheMan: Or the man behind the man behind the robot behind the robot. No, really.
** According to "Humanity", [[spoiler:the T.O. Morrow we met onscreen is actually an android copy created by the original human T.O. Morrow. So, this T.O. Morrow is actually The robot behind the man behind the robot behind the robot. Could this get any more convoluted? Actually yes. If the original human T.O. Morrow is also involved in these plots, then that guy is The man behind the robot behind the man behind the robot behind the robot.]]
*** [[spoiler: And then the last robot subverts all this and kills the robot before him, thinking he is the man, and hijacks the plan to KillAllHumans for himself. And the actual ManBehindTheMan is just a bedridden old pensioner who is in not fit state to mastermind anything.]]
* RobotMaster: He built the Red androids and [[spoiler:a robot double of himself]]
* RoboticReveal:[[spoiler: The T.O. Morrow we met onscreen is actually an android. The real and human T.O. Morrow appears in the end of "Humanity" as an old bedridden man.]]

[[WMG: Psimon]]
->Voiced by Creator/AlanTudyk (Series), Creator/JeffBennett (''Legacy'')

* ArchEnemy: To Miss Martian.
* BaldOfEvil
* CatchPhrase: "[[JustForPun Psimon says.]]"
* CombatPragmatist: When he faces M'gann again after the timeskip, he immediately takes her on despite his previous loss. When called on this by Icicle Jr., he points out that he can keep her occupied long enough for his cronies to dispatch her now-defenseless body. Doesn't work out, of course, but the strategy was sound.
* TheDragon: To Queen Bee.
* [[spoiler: HeKnowsTooMuch: When he gets dangerously close to discovering her and Aqualad's treachery, Tigress puts him in a coma.]]
* InTheHood: He wears a hoodie and occasionally uses the hood to hide his [[MyBrainisBig big brain]].
* LaserGuidedAmnesia: If he gets into your mind, he can do this to you!
* LetsGetDangerous: He's cheerful and relaxed in "Bereft"; though dangerous nonetheless, he doesn't think of the team as a threat. It's the same in "Image", except in this instance he's using Miss Martian's fears against her, which backfires horribly. In "Beneath", he's no-nonsense and brutal.
* MindOverMatter: Can also do this, but doesn't very often.
* MindRape: He and Miss Martian take turns doing this to each other. The first time he does it he manages to get the whole Team in one go.
* MyBrainIsBig
* PettheDog: [[spoiler: As a favor to Manta, he is called in to fix Kaldur after his MindRape. Though it is spoiled by the above spoiler.]]
* SurroundedByIdiots: He had a solid plan and good improvisation in "Beneath", unfortunately "Stab Miss Martian while I keep her occupied" was too complicated for Icicle Jr. to handle.
* {{Telepathy}}
* ThirdPersonPerson
--> "Psimon can't see you, Psimon can't catch you, but Psimon can make you... ''forget''!"

[[WMG: ComicBook/TheRiddler (Edward Nigma)]]
->Voiced by Dave Franco "Terrors", "Usual Suspects"), Jason Spisak (''Legacy'')

* AllOfTheOtherReindeer: Gets no respect in Belle Reve.
* CoolShades
* CrouchingMoronHiddenBadass: The only criminal in Belle Reve who actually escaped.
* InsufferableGenius
* SissyVillain
* SmugSnake
* SpellMyNameWithAThe
* SpeechImpediment: Has a slight lisp.
* UnderestimatingBadassery

[[WMG: Sportsmaster (Lawrence "Crusher" Crock)]]
->Voiced by Nick Chinlund

* AbusiveParents: WordOfGod is that he was verbally and emotionally abusive to his daughters, and according to Cheshire, he used to make them fight each other.
* ActionDad: An evil version.
* ArchnemesisDad: To Artemis.
* {{Badass}}: WordOfGod describes him as a "blue-collar Deathstroke".
** AdaptationalBadass: His comic book counterpart is about as hokey as one would expect from someone with the name "Sportsmaster", and essentially never shows up unless writers want a joke villain. But on the show he's a machine-gun toting, explosive javelin throwing, helicopter flying, badass mercenary.
** BadassGrandpa: After the five year timeskip, he's ''sixty,'' and still an active operative of the Light. [[spoiler: And he's a literal grandfather.]]
** BadassNormal: He doesn't have any powers, but he still kicks a lot of ass.
* BattleCouple: In the past, with his wife.
* BlondGuysAreEvil
* BrownEyes
* CoolMask
* DangerousDeserter: [[spoiler:Deserts the Light with plans of killing Black Manta. Woe to any who gets in his way.]]
* TheDogBitesBack: In "Usual Suspects", [[spoiler: Jade refuses to help him after he gets trapped by the team, leaving him to be captured]].
* TheDragon: Acts as one to the Light as a whole, being one of their most frequently appearing operatives.
* EvenEvilHasLovedOnes: Subverted. Swears to kill Black Manta in response for Manta's son [[spoiler:killing his daughter]]... because Sportsmaster thinks it made him look bad.
* EvenEvilHasStandards: No amount of money can repair a soiled reputation. Indeed, he thinks taking a payoff [[spoiler:in place of revenge on his daughter's killer]] makes him look ''worse''.
* EvilHasABadSenseOfHumor: "So I hear you're going by '[[GreenArrow Red Arrow]]' now. More like broken arrow!" [[spoiler:"Broken arrow" is later revealed to be a trigger phrase programmed into Roy by Cadmus.]]
* EvilVersusEvil: [[spoiler: His war against Black Manta and the Manta family for murdering his daughter, Artemis.]]
* {{Expy}}: He's a badass American mercenary, a total asshole, the father of one of the heroines and has two kids with a Vietnamese woman who may or may not have been shot in the spine. [[ComicBook/{{Watchmen}} If he starts crying and going on about how "life is just a sport" or something like that, he's a lost cause.]]
* FingerlessGloves
* HeroicBuild: {{Inverted}}. He has the build, but none of the heroic qualities.
* HeterosexualLifePartners: {{Implied}} to have been this with Deathstroke.
* HugeGuyTinyGirl: When he and Paula were still together: he was the Huge Guy to Paula's Tiny Girl.
* HyperspaceArsenal: The javelin could be explained as collapsible. His pockets must be BiggerOnTheInside if they can hold that big-ass [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hammer_throw hammer]].
* ImprobableWeaponUser: Some of his many weapons, which include exploding javelins and a discus strong enough to destroy a building.
* {{Jerkass}}: Yeah, when you react to your [[spoiler: daughter's death]] with "This is an insult to my professional reputation, everyone will think I'm weak over this." it stands to reason that you qualify for this label. Bonus points when [[spoiler: your other daughter is genuinely grieving]].
* ManipulativeBastard: Towards [[spoiler:his own daughter]], no less.
* MeaningfulName: "Lawrence" in French and Latin means "crowned with laurel". A laurel is a wreath used to crown the winners of an athletic contest. And Lawrence's code name, "Sportsmaster" just alludes to his mastery of every type of athletic competition.
* MultiMeleeMaster
* MultiRangedMaster
* NotSoDifferent: He argues this is the case with him and Cheshire.
* OlderThanTheyLook: He's sixty by season two, but barely looks half that.
* {{Omniglot}}: WordOfGod states that Sportsmaster is fluent in Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, and possibly many more.
* ParentsKnowTheirChildren: Zigzagged. He doesn't recognize Artemis' presence even inside her own mind, but he ''does'' recognize the fighting techniques he taught her.
* PapaWolf: Zigzagged. [[spoiler:He's not angry about Artemis being killed. He's angry that she was killed ''without his permission'' because it soils his reputation. Chesire tells him he's full of crap and when he finds out that Artemis IS alive, he calls off the mission and leaves his reputation still soiled. It's mainly because he knows that Artemis is working to bring down the organization that screwed him over.]]
* PetTheDog: [[spoiler:He covers for Artemis after learning she's really alive, though less for her than to allow her to continue undermining Black Manta.]]
* RevengeByProxy: [[spoiler:He's only pissed that Artemis was killed without his permission since it damaged his reputation, so he leaves Aqualad to Jade, while he gets Black Manta.]]
* ScrewTheMoneyIHaveRules: If someone damages his professional reputation, no amount of money is going to stop him from taking them down.
* SlaveToPR: His VillainCred seems to be the only thing he cares about. He'll even [[spoiler: take on the Light]] to keep people from thinking he's an easy mark.
* TookALevelInJerkass: [[spoiler:You though that even though his youngest daughter was on the opposite side, that he would still care about her. When she is "dead" all he cares about is his "rep"]].
* UnholyMatrimony: In the past, with his wife.
* UtilityBelt: Wears one to hold his weapons.
* WrestlerInAllOfUs: At one point knocks down Aqualad with a clothesline move.

[[WMG: The Terror Twins (Tommy Terror and Tuppence Terror)]]
-> Voiced by Creator/YuriLowenthal (Tommy) and Danica [=McKellar=] (Tuppence)

* AmazonianBeauty: Tuppence Terror after the TimeSkip gets a lot more muscular and no less attractive. Icicle Jr. even hits on her, though he fails.
* BlondesAreEvil[=/=]BlondGuysAreEvil
* BrotherSisterTeam
* [[CanonForeigner Canon Foreigners]]: The writers needed a pair of teenage villains.
* ComicBookFantasyCasting: Tuppence was originally designed for the tie-in comic by artist Mike Norton, but Norton's Tuppence looked too much like Shimmer. She was redesigned to look like Gwen Stefani for the cartoon.
* DarkActionGirl: Tuppence
* NighInvulnerable: They can take beatings from ''Superman''.
* SiblingsInCrime
* SuperStrength: Both of them.
* TopHeavyGuy: Tommy Terror after the TimeSkip.
* ZettaiRyouiki: Tuppence. Pre-TimeSkip she wore a skirt and stockings. Post-TimeSkip she wears hot pants and stockings.

[[/folder]]

[[folder:Project Cadmus]]
An underground (literally) genetic engineering lab formerly run by Dr. Mark Desmond and later by the hero, the Guardian. The lab is responsible for creating Superboy from Superman's stolen DNA. The Board of Directors are actually the leaders of The Light.

[[WMG: Blockbuster (Dr. Mark Desmond)]]
->Mark Desmond voiced by Rene Auberjonois
->Blockbuster voiced by Creator/DeeBradleyBaker (Series), Creator/GregWeisman (''Legacy'')

* BodyHorror: His transformation involves his ''skin ripping off.''
* BloodKnight: Joins Kylstar and other bruisers to re-take his home planet to get "glorious battle".
* MadScientist
* {{Metamorphosis}}: It appears his transformation is permanent.
* MindControl: Uses the G-Gnomes to suppress the wills of his co-workers and their subjects.
* OneWingedAngel: After he drinks the [[PsychoSerum blockbuster formula]], he transforms from a middle-aged scientist to a large, grotesque monster.
* PainfulTransformation
* PutOnABus: In season two. Explained in the comic tie-in as having joined Kylstar's posse to liberate his home planet.
* RedEyesTakeWarning: In his Blockbuster form.
* SmugSnake
* StarterVillain: The first villain the Team faces.
* SuperStrength
* SuperToughness: He's so tough, that he had to have a building fall on him just to knock him out.
* TwoFirstNames
* TheVoiceless: After his transformation, he appears to be incapable of human speech.

[[WMG: Guardian II (Jim Harper II)]]
->Voiced by Creator/CrispinFreeman

* AntiVillain: [[SlidingScaleOfAntiVillains Type IV]]. He's not a bad guy at all and just happens to work for the villains, and he barely even knows it.
* [[spoiler: BigLittleBrother: Jim is one of the two clones (the other being Red Arrow) of the original Roy Harper. Between the three, Jim is technically the youngest and looks much older.]]
* {{Brainwashed}}
* CloningBlues: Revealed to be a clone after the TimeSkip in the second season. He's taken it a lot better than Roy, accepting that the KillAndReplace policy of Cadmus means the original Roy Harper is dead. [[note]]As it so happens, he's wrong. [[WordOfGod Guardian isn't the clone of the original Jim Harper II, because there was no original Jim Harper II. He was cloned from the original Speedy, just like Red Arrow was.]][[/note]]
* CoolHelmet
* HeelFaceTurn: The last we see of him in season 1, he's under the control of the Light (and in a way, always was). By season 2, five years later, he has since broken away from the Light and from Cadmus.
* HeroicBuild: Played with. He thinks he's part of the good guys, but he has been brainwashed by the Light to do none too heroic things.
* LegacyCharacter: Succeeds Roy Harper's great-grandfather, whose name was Jim Harper and was the original Guardian
* LuckilyMyShieldWillProtectMe
* ReasonableAuthorityFigure
* RetiredBadass: He retired as Guardian between seasons.
* ShieldBash
* StrongFamilyResemblance: As noted by Superboy, he looks a lot like his nephew, Roy Harper. [[spoiler:Turns out they're both clones of the same person. Oops.]]

[[WMG: Dubbilex]]
->Voiced by Creator/PhilLaMarr

* CloningBlues
* CreepyMonotone: Though he turns out to be not such a bad guy at all.
* EnigmaticMinion: To Cadmus, though he turns out to be secretly working against them.
* LaResistance
* PowerGlows: His horns glow red when he's using his powers.
* PsychicPowers:
** MindOverMatter
** {{Telepathy}}
* RedEyesTakeWarning: A subversion since even though he has red eyes, he really isn't one of the bad guys.

[[WMG: Match]]
->Voiced by Creator/NolanNorth

* TheBerserker
* BerserkButton: Anyone other than him wearing an "S" on their chest.
* BlackEyesOfCrazy: Looks exactly like Superboy, except his eyes have black sclera.
* CloneDegeneration: During the five-year skip. His right arm, left leg, and head become disfigured and deformed, and his skin is now pale.
* CloningBlues: The cloning process left his DNA unstable, rendering him insane. Later decays physically as well.
* CompositeCharacter: Comics Match, mixed with a little Superboy-Prime and certain incarnations of Bizarro.
** More powerful clone of Superboy -- Match.
** Flawed Kryptonian clone, mirror-image S -- Bizarro. In the tie-in comic, he also becomes more deformed and gains the pale skin.
** "Original" Superboy, Black sclera, burning the S onto his chest with heat vision -- Superboy-Prime.
* FlawedPrototype: To Superboy. While Match has all of Superman's powers, he is also uncontrollably insane.
* PsychoPrototype: Cloning kryptonian DNA makes it unstable; which is why Match is so feral.
* ScreamingWarrior: His dialogue is nothing but shouts and grunts.
* TheVoiceless: He seems unable to form words.

[[/folder]]

[[folder: The League of Shadows]]
An organization of assassins founded and run by super villain Ra's Al Ghul.

[[WMG:Black Spider]]
->Voiced by Creator/JoshKeaton

* BuildingSwing
* CaptainErsatz/{{Expy}}: Despite being based on a DC character named Black Spider, he's Spider-Man if Spider-Man was evil. He makes wise cracks during battle, he's voiced by [[WesternAnimation/TheSpectacularSpiderMan Josh Keaton]], and he even refers to swinging through the city as 'web slinging.' Of course, "Evil Spider-Man" was pretty much the premise for the original comic character as well.
* CastingGag: Not the first time Creator/JoshKeaton has voiced a loud mouthed comic character with spider powers. Except this time, he's voicing a villainous one.
* GrapplingHookGun: His webshooters.
* WallCrawl

[[WMG: Cheshire (Jade Nguyen)]]
->Voiced by Creator/KellyHu

* AbsurdlyYouthfulMother: [[spoiler: To Lian]]. She's 24, can pass for 17 or 18.
* AbusiveParents: Her father, Sportsmaster, though details are so far unclear other than Artemis' comments in "Bereft." WordOfGod confirms that Sportsmaster was at least verbally and emotionally abusive, leading the 13-year-old Cheshire to run away from home.
** Cheshire also mentions in "Usual Suspects" that Sportsmaster would constantly make his daughters fight one another.
* ActionMom: Kicks ass while [[spoiler:carrying her infant daughter.]]
* AdaptationalHeroism: She's not ''nice'' by a long shot, but she's also a far cry from the genocidal psychopath of the comics.
** [[spoiler: There's also the fact that there seems to be no doubt that she loves her daughter, unlike her comic counterpart.]]
* AffectionateNickname: Of all people, she's nicknamed "Chesh" by her [[spoiler:husband, Roy Harper/Red Arrow]].
* AirplaneArms
* AloofBigSister: To Artemis. [[spoiler:Although she does care for her little sister in her own way. And as seen in "Satisfaction" she regrets not being that close to her sister.]]
* AlternateContinuity: In the comics she has absolutely no biological ties to Sportsmaster, Huntress and Artemis.
* AnimalMotifs: Cats, given her alias comes from the famous [[Disney/AliceInWonderland Cheshire Cat]] and her mask resembles a cat.
* AntiVillain: She's a ruthless assassin most of the time but she definitely has people she cares about and has a tragic past that sort of explains her actions. [[spoiler:In season 2 and during the time skip she seems to have become a NominalHero.]]
* [[ArrogantKungFuGuy Arrogant Kung Fu Girl]]: Cheshire likes to gloat her enemies while using her martial arts.

* CheshireCatGrin: Her mask is permanently set in one.
* CoolMask: First appeared in the ''Teen Titans'' [[WesternAnimation/TeenTitans animated series]].
* DaddysLittleVillain: Odd example; Cheshire is a rare case of a daughter being just as evil and effective as her father, even working in tandem with him... and actively despising him all the while.

* HiddenDepths: In ''Young Justice: Legacy'' Jade said a throwaway comment: "Please. Half the time I don't even know what I want." This may be just her sarcasm, but look at Jade's life after she ran away: She wounded up being in the same job as her father. The man she hated and ''wanted'' nothing to do with.
** There's a subtle fact of how a villain [[spoiler: turned anti-heroine in the second season, was able to be the "responsible, level headed" parent, than her husband, Red Arrow, even though he was a hero long before her. * InSeriesNickname: Called "Little Girl" by her father, Sportsmaster.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: It's ''very'' subtle, but is there. It appears she only shows to people she loves (Artemis, her mother, Red Arrow, and [[spoiler:Lian]])
** She chose her mother's last name because of her problems with her father. Which heavily implies that Jade had a better relationship with her mother.
** See [[BigBrotherInstinct Big Sister Instinct]], [[spoiler: how she named her daughter after her sister's middle name, and went on a RoaringRampageOfRevenge when she believed that Artemis was "killed" by Aqualad]]. All which is evidence of how much truly loves her baby sister Artemis.

* VillainousFriendship: Subverted with a disguised Superboy.

* PoweredArmor
* ScarfOfAsskicking
* ScrewThisImOuttaHere: The real Stikk ditches the base when Red Volcano goes rogue, the android is annoyed that his first real victim got away.

->Voiced by Creator/AlanTudyk (Series), Creator/JeffBennett (''Legacy'')

* ArchEnemy: To Miss Martian.
* BaldOfEvil
* CatchPhrase: "[[JustForPun Psimon says.]]"
* TheDragon: To Queen Bee.
* MyBrainIsBig
* PettheDog: [[spoiler: As a favor to Manta, he is called in to fix Kaldur after his MindRape. Though it is spoiled by the above spoiler.]]
* SurroundedByIdiots: He had a solid plan and good improvisation in "Beneath", unfortunately "Stab Miss Martian while I keep her occupied" was too complicated for Icicle Jr. to handle.

[[WMG: Sportsmaster (Lawrence "Crusher" Crock)]]

* AbusiveParents: WordOfGod is that he was verbally and emotionally abusive to his daughters, and according to Cheshire, he used to make them fight each other.
* ActionDad: An evil version.
* ArchnemesisDad: To Artemis.
* {{Badass}}: WordOfGod describes him as a "blue-collar Deathstroke".
* BlondGuysAreEvil

* FingerlessGloves
* MultiMeleeMaster
* MultiRangedMaster

* BlondesAreEvil[=/=]BlondGuysAreEvil
* BrotherSisterTeam
* DarkActionGirl: Tuppence
* NighInvulnerable: They can take beatings from ''Superman''.
* SiblingsInCrime
* SuperStrength: Both of them.
* TopHeavyGuy: Tommy Terror after the TimeSkip.
* ZettaiRyouiki: Tuppence. Pre-TimeSkip she wore a skirt and stockings. Post-TimeSkip she wears hot pants and stockings.

* MadScientist
* PainfulTransformation
* PutOnABus: In season two. Explained in the comic tie-in as having joined Kylstar's posse to liberate his home planet.
* RedEyesTakeWarning: In his Blockbuster form.
* SmugSnake
* StarterVillain: The first villain the Team faces.
* SuperStrength
* SuperToughness: He's so tough, that he had to have a building fall on him just to knock him out.
* TwoFirstNames
* TheVoiceless: After his transformation, he appears to be incapable of human speech.

[[WMG: Guardian II (Jim Harper II)]]
->Voiced by Creator/CrispinFreeman

* {{Brainwashed}}
* CoolHelmet
* LuckilyMyShieldWillProtectMe
* ReasonableAuthorityFigure
* RetiredBadass: He retired as Guardian between seasons.
* ShieldBash
* StrongFamilyResemblance: As noted by Superboy, he looks a lot like his nephew, Roy Harper. [[spoiler:Turns out they're both clones of the same person. Oops.]]

[[WMG: Dubbilex]]
->Voiced by Creator/PhilLaMarr

* CloningBlues
* CreepyMonotone: Though he turns out to be not such a bad guy at all.
* EnigmaticMinion: To Cadmus, though he turns out to be secretly working against them.
* LaResistance
* PowerGlows: His horns glow red when he's using his powers.
* PsychicPowers:
** MindOverMatter
** {{Telepathy}}
* RedEyesTakeWarning: A subversion since even though he has red eyes, he really isn't one of the bad guys.

[[WMG: Match]]
->Voiced by Creator/NolanNorth

* TheBerserker

[[folder: The League of Shadows]]
An organization of assassins founded and run by super villain Ra's Al Ghul.

[[WMG:Black Spider]]
->Voiced by Creator/JoshKeaton

* GrapplingHookGun: His webshooters.
* WallCrawl

[[WMG: Cheshire (Jade Nguyen)]]
->Voiced by Creator/KellyHu

* AirplaneArms
* AsianBabymama
* BadassNormal: Badass enough to go toe to toe with Aqualad... and the rest of the (superpowered) Team... and pretty much anyone while snarking the whole time.
* [[spoiler: BadassAndBaby: In the timeskip, Cheshire manages to fight an army, while carrying her infant daughter.]]
* BattleCouple: With Red Arrow, [[spoiler: her husband.]]
* BerserkButton: [[spoiler:Judging from Artemis's "death", she does ''not'' like t when anyone threatens the ones she loves.]]
* BigSisterInstinct: Saved Artemis from an avalanche that could've killed her, even though they were on very different side. [[spoiler: In fact, Jade's daughter, Lian, is named after Artemis's middle name. Jade even swore vengeance on Aqualad whe he "killed" Artemis.]]
* BloodKnight
* BrainyBrunette: {{Implied}}. [[spoiler:Think about it: Cheshire managed to find a link to finding Speedy I, when no one else could. Even ''the'' Batman!]].
* BrokenBird: {{Implied}}.
* CainAndAbel: The Cain to Artemis' Abel. [[spoiler:Averted as neither one of them is actually willing to kill the other and will put themselves in danger to save each other when it comes down to it.]]
** To further prove this point, [[spoiler: it turns out that she named her daughter after Artemis' middle name.]]
** Though she does have more redeeming traits than her dad [[spoiler: and she eventually makes a HeelFaceTurn.]]
* DarkActionGirl
* DatingCatwoman: She acts like she and Roy have this relationship in the first season, just to mess with Artemis. [[spoiler: In season 2, they're married and have a child.]]
* DeadpanSnarker
* DeliverUsFromEvil: Zigzagged. She and [[spoiler: Roy got married during the time-skip, but she left him and returned to crime ''after'' having a child. Why? So she could better finance the search for the original Speedy, allowing Roy to get off his butt and step up as a parent.]]
* EvenEvilHasLovedOnes: Results in her first [[PetTheDog genuinely altruistic act]] of the series. As she states:
-->'''Cheshire''': (''after pushing Artemis out of an avalanche'') "Okay fine, we're sisters. I don't actually want you dead."
** Subverted with Sportsmaster.
** In season two, [[spoiler:her husband Roy and their daughter Lian]].

* FreudianExcuse: See AbusiveParents above.
* GoodParents: From what we have seen of Jade's interactions with [[spoiler:Lian, Jade would do ''anything'' for her daughter.]]
%% * GrayEyes
* HeelFaceRevolvingDoor: One that shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon.
* HeroesWantRedheads: Played with. She does [[spoiler: love Red Arrow, but she starts off as a villain, or AntiVillain in season one. In season two, Cheshire is now more of a NominalHero.]]
Granted, Roy was in a bit of a [[HeroicBSOD depression of sorts after learning he was a clone]], but how well Jade took care of their child speaks, without letting anyone else know, speaks volume to a hidden side of her]].
** In season 2, [[spoiler: Cheshire called out everyone she knew to help her find a lead on where Speedy I, so that Red Arrow could move on from his HeroicBSOD.]]
*** [[spoiler: Even before that huge act for Roy, know that Jade left the life of crime (aka the League of Shadows) because she fell in love with him.]]
** [[spoiler: Then there's her relationship with her infant daughter, Lian. Think about it: She didn't inform Red about her preganacy, or anyone else, but she managed to get all the needed material to make sure that Lian was healthy. Lian's first scene just confirms that Jade has been getting the clothes for Lian. She even tells Roy that he needed him to be "real" for their daughter.]]
* KickTheDog[=/=]PetTheDog: Depending on how you look at it, [[spoiler:refusing to take Artemis with her when she runs away from home could be seen as either of these. * HisNameIs: A non-fatal example in "Terrors" when Ojo recognizes Superboy and tries multiple times to tell people only to be knocked unconscious by said Superboy.
* MeaningfulName: "Ojo" is Spanish for "eye".

[[WMG: The Sensei]]
->Voiced by Creator/KeoneYoung

%% * BadassGrandpa
%% * BeardOfEvil
%% * CoveredWithScars
* TheDragon: To Ra's al Ghul.
%% * EvilOldFolks
%% * GoodScarsEvilScars
* KatanasAreJustBetter: Shown to wield one in issue #12 of the tie-in comic.
%% * OldMaster

[[WMG: Ubu]]
->Voiced by Creator/FredTatasciore ("Summit")

* AmbiguouslyBrown: His skin seems lighter than his appearance in other animated adaptations.
%% * TheBrute
* GrapplingHookGun: Uses it to make his getaway.
* UndyingLoyalty: To Ra's, when he's [[spoiler: ImpaledWithExtremePrejudice by Black Beetle]], Ubu charges through Artemis and Lagoon Boy to grab him and escape. His appearance in the comics also has him dragging away [[spoiler: his master's body.]]

[[/folder]]

[[folder:Kobra]]
[[WMG: Lord Kobra (Jeffrey Burr)]]
->Voiced by Arnold Vosloo

%% * AGodAmI
%% * ArrogantKungFuGuy
* AuthorityEqualsAsskicking: Proves to be ''very much'' superior to Robin in combat. He basically just ''stands still'' whilst blocking all of his attacks.
* {{Badass}}: Well proven when he curb-stomped Robin with absurd ease.
%% * BaldOfEvil
%%* EvilAlbino
%% * InTheHood
* OneWingedAngel: In the comic tie-in, he orchestrates a human sacrifice on his twin brother to become a [[ScaledUp giant snake-man.]]
%% * RedEyesTakeWarning
%% * TheStoic
%%* WalkingShirtlessScene
* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: Despite being set up as one of the main minions of the Light alongside Sportsmaster early on, he only appears in one episode and one comic, and then never appears or is mentioned again, and after the timeskip his minions are working for Queen Bee without explaination.

[[WMG: Mammoth (Baran Flinders)]]
->Voiced by Creator/DeeBradleyBaker

* AdaptationalBadass: Downplayed. In the comics, he was pretty strong and formidable, but in the series, he's the juggernaut. Case and point: he fought Bane in the comics and lost, here it was a CurbStompBattle in his favor.
* BigBrotherInstinct: Not very happy when his sister was MuggedForDisguise.
* BodyHorror: He makes Bane's transformation look like a minor adjustment. Some parts of his skin rip to expose his muscle tendons!
%%* TheBrute
* CurbStompBattle: Delivers a pretty vicious one to Bane.
* HalfIdenticalTwins: He and his sister, Shimmer, before he took the formula.
%% * LightningBruiser
* {{Metamorphosis}}: His transformation is permanent.
%%* PainfulTransformation
* SuperSerum: His transformation was caused by kobra-venom, a mixture of the blockbuster formula and the venom formula. It permanently increases strength three times stronger than regular venom.
* SuperStrength: Stronger than Bane.
* YoungerThanTheyLook: Before his transformation, Mammoth looked about 18 or 19 but after it he looks considerably older.
* TheVoiceless: Except for one line in issue #17 of the tie-in comic.

[[WMG:Shimmer (Selinda Flinders)]]
->Voiced by Danica [=McKellar=]

* BaldWoman: At least half her head seems to be missing hair for some reason, possibly for the tattoo she has there.
* BareYourMidriff: In season one.
* CleavageWindow: In season two.
* TheDragon: To Lord Kobra.
* HalfIdenticalTwins: To her brother, Mammoth, before his big change.
* HowDoIShotWeb: Her Reach-induced powers manifest for the first time during a battle, melting a hole in the ship's hull that allows the Team to escape.
* RealityWarper: Basically her powers when the Reach activate her metagene. She can turn any substance into any other.
* UngratefulBastard: After pulling her out of her experimental pod and getting her to safety along with the rest of the taken, she turns on them. Though it's possible that she had volunteered for the experiment, and the heroes thought they were rescuing her when she was pulled out.
* TheVoiceless: Execept for one line in issue #17 of the tie-in comic.

[[folder:The Injustice League]]

* [[spoiler: DiscOneFinalBoss]]
* TheSmurfettePrinciple: They have Poison Ivy.
* UnwittingPawn: WordOfGod said some knew they [[spoiler: were proxies for The Light]] while some didn't.
* VillainTeamUp: Obviously.

[[WMG: BlackAdam]]

* BadassInDistress: He's captured along with numerous other heroes and villains in Young Justice issue 21.
* BloodKnight: When Kylstar decides to let them go, he offers a chance to stay and help him win back his homeworld, promising them good treatment and glorious battle. Adam, Major Force and Blockbuster accept.
* TheDragon: To Count Vertigo, among the Injustice League.
* EvilCounterpart: To [[{{Shazam}} Captain Marvel]]
* FallenHero: WordOfGod is that Black Adam was a hero at one time or another.
* FlyingBrick
* PutOnABus: In season two. The comic tie-in reveals that he joins Kylstar's posse.
* TheVoiceless: Except in the tie-in comics.

[[WMG: SelfDemonstrating/TheJoker]]
->Voiced by Creator/BrentSpiner

* AxCrazy
* {{Badass}}: In a flashback, he launched a one-man attack on Mount Justice with an army of bomb-throwing monkeys and showed full InsanityImmunity to Martian Manhunter's powers.
* BatmanGambit: [[spoiler: Implied to have been how he tricked Snapper into revealing the secret location of the Justice League.]]
* BreakingTheFourthWall: "Admit it. You can't turn away."
* EverythingsBetterWithMonkeys: Uses, of all things, a bunch of crazy green monkeys against the Justice League.
* EvilLaugh: Naturally
* FingerlessGloves
* KnifeNut: Has [[Film/TheDarkKnight a fondness for switchblades]].
* LargeHam: Not as much as usual, but it's still there.
* MadHatter: Juggling multiple personalities helps practice multitasking.
* AMindIsATerribleThingToRead: Martian Manhunter's attempt to read his mind totally backfires.
-->'''The Joker:''' Scary in there, isn't it?
* SpellMyNameWithAThe
* TakingYouWithMe: Tries to kill the Justice League, the Team, and the Injustice League with [[DeadlyGas Joker venom]]. Fortunately, Doctor Fate [[spoiler:possessing Aqualad]] intervened before anyone died.
** In the comics he is immune, so it might just be a case of him betraying his allies if his immunity carries over to the show.
* TrickedOutGloves: In "Revelation", he uses special gloves to control the giant plants.
* WildCard
* WouldHurtAChild: He singles out Robin in battle, which makes sense considering who his [[Franchise/{{Batman}} arch-nemesis is]].
-->'''The Joker''': I've always wanted to carve this bird.

[[WMG: Poison Ivy]]
->Voiced by Alyssa Milano

* EvilRedhead
* GreenThumb
* VillainousFriendship: Comparatively speaking. In the comics, she hates Joker with a passion (due to his treatment of HarleyQuinn) but here she shows no sign of disliking him and even compliments his multitasking while controlling the plants.

[[WMG: The Ultra-Humanite]]

* EverythingsBetterWithMonkeys
* EvilOldFolks: Ultra-Humanite was an old woman before surgery, and might have lived even longer as a gorilla.
* EvilutionaryBiologist: Appears such in the comic book tie-in. [[spoiler: His dialogue even serves as foreshadowing for the Light's true motives before it's chronologically revealed in the show itself]]
* GenderBender: Was formerly an old woman before her brain was transplanted to a male gorilla.
** GenderFlip: In the regular DC universe, Ultra-Humanite's human form was male.
* GoodScarsEvilScars: Has a scar across the right side of his mouth.
* TheVoiceless: He doesn't speak at all during his initial appearance.
** In the comic tie-in, he uses a voice box to communicate.

[[WMG: Count Vertigo]]
-> Voiced by Creator/SteveBlum

* AdaptationalBadass: Goes from joke villain to leader of the Injustice League.
* AristocratsAreEvil
* BlondGuysAreEvil
* CaneSword
* CatchPhrase
-->'''Count Vertigo''': ''Count'' Vertigo, peasant!
* CombatPragmatist
* TheChessmaster: "Coldhearted" shows him at his finest.
* DiplomaticImpunity: The reason why he [[spoiler:isn't arrested with the rest of the Injustice League, as revealed in "Coldhearted". Unfortunately for him, he loses this as he is tricked by Kid Flash into revealing the truth.]]
* TheEvilPrince: Or rather, Count.
* EvilUncle: Tried to kill Perdita, his niece and the queen of his country in order to gain the throne for himself.
* EngineeredPublicConfession: Tricked into one of these in "Coldhearted" after the queen presumably had died.
* FauxAffablyEvil
* GracefulLoser: At least when the Injustice League is defeated, because he knew his diplomatic immunity would keep him out of prison. Not so much in "Coldhearted", where he tries to kill Perdita after having his title and immunity taken away from him.
* SmugSnake
* StevenUlyssesPerhero: His full name and title are Count Werner Vertigo.
* {{Touche}}: To both Wally and Perdita. "Well played, children, admittedly well played."
* WouldHurtAChild: Plots to kill his own ten-year-old niece in "Coldhearted".

[[WMG: Wotan]]
-> Voiced by Creator/BruceGreenwood

* BeardOfEvil
* EvilSorcerer
* RedEyesTakeWarning

[[WMG: Atomic Skull]]

* ILoveNuclearPower
* LeanAndMean
* YoungerThanTheyLook: WordOfGod is that he's ''28''.

[[/folder]]

[[folder:Intergang]]
[[WMG: Parasite]]
->Voiced by Creator/AdamBaldwin

* AllYourPowersCombined: Can use any powers that he absorbed at the same time.
* BaldOfEvil
* EvilTastesGood: Describes the powers he absorbs in culinary terms.
-->'''Parasite''' (''after absorbing Superboy's powers''): Mmmm, now that's the full-bodied Kryptonian flavor I love!
* ForTheEvulz: His supposed reason for destroying Geneva with a "black hole".
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: When he leeches off someone, he receives both their powers and [[AssimilationBackfire weaknesses]]. This leads to his defeat when he is surrounded by flames after he had absorbed Miss Martian's powers and gains her weakness to fire.
* PowerParasite: [[MeaningfulName Naturally]]. He can absorb someones abilities by touching them.

[[WMG:Bruno "Ugly" Manheim]]
->Voiced by Creator/KevinMichaelRichardson

* BeardOfEvil
* MindRape: [[spoiler:The Competitor warrior working with the Light (later revealed as Black Beetle) does this to him, leaving him alive but unresponsive.]]
* WhyDontYouJustShootHim?: He asks Desaad why he is taking his sweet time having [[spoiler: Infinity Man kill Superboy.]]
** When he gains control of an element monster, he disregards killing Superboy, because he states that killing a Kryptonian takes too much time and the police were on their way. One wonders why he didn't kill Blue Beetle or the sphere or (seeing as the other two have some thick armor) the wolf, but the police were almost there, and with them the Justice League would come, and Ugly probably couldn't take them all on.
* YoungerThanTheyLook: He's only 23 in Season 1.

[[WMG:Whisper A'Daire]]
->Voiced by Music/GreyDeLisle

* EvilRedhead
* MindRape: [[spoiler:Shares Manheim's fate.]]
* TheSmurfettePrinciple
* WhipItGood: [[DualWielding Dual wields]] apokoliptan energy whips in her first appearance.
