!!Timothy "Tim" Drake

->Abilities: Detective, Acrobatics, Agility, EscapeArtist, Pilot, Hacker, Intellect, Martial Arts Master, ScienceHero, Stealth, Tactical Planning, Unarmed Combat, Weapon Master
->First appearance: 1989, ComicBook/Batman #436
->" I got the job for my sense of caution...not just the way I look in a cape."

Batman's protege the third Robin. One of the three founding members of Young Justice and the first leader of the team. Tim becomes best friends with Superboy with Bart and Cassie rounding out their group of TrueCompanions in which he is normally the OnlySaneMan in the face of Bart's Cloudcuckoolander and Kon's TotallyRadical HotBlooded tendencies.

Tim's girlfriend Spoiler (Stephanie Brown) is a frequent Young Justice guest.

->First appearance: 1993, Adventures of Superman #500
->"That's right punks – I'm back! The "mock" Superman – Superboy!! And I've got a surfboard now! Be afraid. Be very afraid."

An upbeat young clone said to have had human DNA altered in order to mimic Kryptonian abilities created by the Cadmus Institute. One of the three founding members of Young Justice. He started out with Tactile Telekinesis as his only superpower but slowly began to develop more of them with age. He is best friends with Tim and Bart and eventually starts a long term relationship with Cassie.

Kon started out his career working for Cadmus as a Hawaiian superhero housed by the organization. After a number of changes for the worse in the company he was invited to live with the Kents in Smallville and modified his costume to a more sleek look with fingerless gloves instead of his bulky red ones.

Following the dissolution of Young Justice he joined the ComicBook/TeenTitans along with the rest of the "core four" (Cassie, Tim and Bart) and learned that instead of being a human clone with modified DNA he was actually a clone made using the Kryptonian DNA of Superman and the human DNA of

->First appearance: 1994, Franchise/TheFlash Vol. 2 #92
->" I was raised in a virtual reality environment. The scientists had to constantly adapt the programs because I kept beating them at super-speed. I just used my super-speed-enabled brain to rewrite your programs. Haxxor'd and pwned, noob."

The yellow eyed impulsive speedster and grandson from the future of the Silver Age Flash, Barry Allen. Imp is one of the three founding members of Young Justice, and the Keet youngest and most cheerful member of the team with perhaps the Cloudcuckoolander oddest thought process.

He lives with and is mentored by the Golden Age speedster Max Mercury (Quicksilver) who acts as a ParentalSubstitute for Bart.

->" I... I can't die! I... I have midterms! I crammed for them! It can't all have been a waste!"

The PluckyGirl daughter of museum curator Dr. Helena Sandsmark and president of the Gateway City Wonder Woman Fan Club who was granted powers by the Greek gods in recognition for her bravery after she "borrowed" the magical Gauntlet of Atlas and Flight Sandals of Hermes from her mother's exhibits to help Wonder Woman out in an emergency.

Wonder Girl was one of the first six members of Young Justice joining at the same time as the two other girls in the original six, Secret and Arrowette. Cassie became the second leader of the team following Robin leaving the position after the team lost their trust in him when Batman's plans to take out the Justice Leauge came to light. She is the only member of the "core four" not to have their own solo series.

In her earliest appearances she was easily mistaken for a boy out of her CivvieSpandex costume with her BoyishShortHair and preference for Tomboy comfortable baggy shirts and long cutoff jeans. Over the course of the series she is gifted a pair of vambraces by Donna Troy which she adds to her costume along with adding a pair of red pants in place of the bike shorts she started with. She stops wearing her black wig as a part of her Wonder Girl outfit as she grows her natural blonde hair long enough to put in twintails as she becomes more confident in her role after being acknowledged by her predecessor. She changes her costume again after becoming the leader of Young Justice, wearing a black sleeveless turtleneck with the superscript:=Wsuperscript:= emblazoned across the chest with red boot cut jeans which have white stars down the outer seams. At this time she also starts letting down her now much longer hair keeping it out of her face with her goggles.

Following the dissolution of Young Justice she joined the ComicBook/TeenTitans along with Kon, Tim and Bart and learned that her disappeared dad is Zeus. This revelation that she is a demigod means her powers were actually inherited and had been sealed in an attempt to give her a normal life before she jumped at being a hero regardless.

* InnocentBigot: D.C. has some very unsettling things to say about Hero being gay and having a boyfriend, but she honestly seems clueless to the fact that she's being a bigot and appears to have no experience or awareness of queer people at all. That said she does spend a while being nasty and bitter claiming Hero led her on because someone he'd transformed into--not he himself--kissed her once. Even after its been explained to her multiple times that the heroes he transforms into are not him, before accepting his sexuality.

* TookALevelInJerkass: ComicBook/DarkCrisisOnInfiniteEarths Young Justice features a Cissie who is downright horrible to those around her. When Robin, Superboy, and Impulse go missing, Wonder Girl has to practically beg Cissie to help her find them. At which point Cissie angrily states she quit being Arrowette because she didn't want to be defined by the boys like Cassie supposedly each (which contradicts the above mentioned HeroicBSOD as well as her issues with her mother and the death of her counselor as the actual reasons she quit) and tells Cassie after they find the boys she's done with all of them.
