* AnythingThatMoves: If it has a nice rump or bosom and isn't trying to kill him, Dandy will fall for it, regardless of species or the placement of those coveted features. Even those features are negotiable. He even once dated a female ''tesseract''.

* TheUnpronounceable: "Nynyamo", his real name, is actually quite a common name for Betelgeusians, but neither Dandy or QT can understand how he's pronouncing it, so they just call him Meow because he looks like a space cat. [[IAmNotWeasel Meow isn't amused by this.]] In the Funimation English dub, his name somewhat consistently sounds like "Myehmyehmyur" slurred, but in the original Japanese his name is incomprehensible and seems to change every time it's said.

* VitriolicBestBuds: He and Dandy don't really get along at all, to the point of frequently mocking and even leaving each other to die on a regular basis. Despite this they work together well (If Meow decides to work at all).
