** The trick, if you're curious...is to make sure she never enters the shop in the FIRST place. She loves Gaudy, and Dark...so make sure you're bright, and not gaudy...and she'll never enter!

* PurposefullyOverpowered: [[spoiler:Arma's various weapons give her a wide range of attack options with impressive stats, and several even recreate the special attacks of other adventurers while being based on a quickly-recharging ammo bar with no significant nerf. She's your reward for clearing the long Lapis Ruins, so this was probably intentional.]]

* CuteButCacophonic: Aside of the adventurer groan in pain every time he/she is hit Recette always asks if he/she is okay (in Japanese), it tends to get annoying after a while.

* ExpositionFairy: Is kind of this for adventurers in the dungeons.

* GoshDarnItToHeck: "What the Heckles?" is probably the closest that Recette [[DepartmentOfRedundancyDepartment even comes close]] to swearing in this game.

* PerpetualPoverty: Well, she's digging herself out of it, but she's apparently quite familiar with what plants are and aren't edible in the area, [[TearJerker for some reason]].

* ShopKeeper: Naturally.Opens a shop to pay off her father's debt.

Recette's straight-laced, long-suffering fairy advisor. She's the one who has been sent to collect on the loan Recette's father has seemingly skipped out on. Seeing that Recette had no way of paying her back immediately, Tear is the one who suggested starting the item shop. There are times she wonders if this was such a good idea, though...

** To Recette. In fact, [[spoiler: {{Fairy Companion}}s were specifically bred by TheFairFolk; upon being genocided by humanity due to them being....TheFairFolk. * SpoiledSweet: While she taunts her wealth a lot, it's almost all facade since she [[spoiler:considers Recette a friend, rather a rival as she claims, and wants to help her; this is best done by directly or indirectly giving her money to allevate her debt problems, so she buys high and sells low to allow Recette to make a good profit]]. As per the trope, she's also a bit silly but then again she's probably about as old as Recette; that is, very young.

** For the gameplay players will love her precisely for this reason. You can present ridiculously high prices for already ridiculously pricey items, and she is always ready to pay for it. She's also the only customer who will gravitate towards treasures without explicitly asking for them.

* FragileSpeedster: She is incredibly agile, and unlike with Nagi or Elan's charges, you can often run circles around slower enemies with Charme. Unfortunately she can't take too many hits, and unlike the other two, running into enemies will hurt her, rather than them.
