* {{Badass}}: Thrax might be a horrible, sinister individual, but there is no denying he is good at what he does. Aside from his bodycount, he is shown to have great fighting skills, easily defeating a bunch of bacteria and their boss.

* DangerouslyGenreSavvy: He is ''highly'' aware of how to operate so that an immune cell system can never find him until it's too late. And when one does, well...
--> '''Thrax:''' Oh, they're making this too easy! You know, in all the bodies I've been in no one has ever gotten wise to me. And now, for the first time, an immunity cell has figured out everything ''and they don't believe him!''

* GloryHound: See EvilIsPetty. Thrax is like a serial killer who's trying to become famous in the most brutal fashion.

Added DiffLines:

* DiseasedName: And a PunnyName at that, as his name is a play on the bacteria anthrax. Justified, since he's a bacteria.

* VileVillainSaccharineShow: And ''how''. Apart from the serial killer overtones, there's his meeting the group of germs in the Zit. With the plan to organize coordinated assaults with the intention of causing widespread death and destruction, also spreading fear and intimidation outside Frank, Thrax comes across as a leader of a terrorist cell group planning an attack. It's jarring how such a vicious, murdering villain managed to stick in an otherwise light-hearted comedy.

With the plan to organize coordinated assaults with the intention of causing widespread death and destruction, also spreading fear and intimidation outside Frank, makes Thrax come across as eerily similar to a leader of a terrorist cell planning an attack. * OmnicidalManiac

to:

* OmnicidalManiacOmnicidalManiac: Thrax's plans involve killing people, causing the civilizations of cells in their bodies to die. The loss of life is apocalyptic at the cellular level, with an implied decimation among humans (since Thrax wants his own chapter in the medical books he'd likely seek to become an epidemic, which would entail massive loss of life).

* VillainousCheekbones

to:

* VillainousCheekbonesVillainousCheekbones: Thrax's cheekbones are so pointy they look sharp, and he his clearly evil.
