* DifficultButAwesome: Kevin's knives deal the least amount of damage out of all the weapons the Smiths wield, but the fact he is also the only one who doesn't have to reload () and has perfect aim means a player with good accuracy and reaction speeds can just mow down entire rooms of Smiles by striking their hit weakpoints and and taking them out in one shot one by one. As such, "Critical" for him is usually the OneStatToRuleThemAll alongside "Speed" to remove what little delay there is to his throws.

** Because he throws knives instead of using a gun, Kevin is the only Smith that doesn't need to reload (beside ). To balance this advantage out however, they also has the worst attack and stopping power out of all the other weapons the Smith use

* MechanicallyUnusualFighter: Mask is completely unable to hit weak points, which means there is no point scanning them with him either, but given his main weapons are granade launchers, he is the only Smith that can hit multiple Smiles with his normal attacks. Because of that, he doesn't have a "Critical" ability to upgrade like the other Smiths, as it is replaced by a "Range" ability, which increases the blast radius of his granades with each upgrade.

it lengthens the amount of time Kevin can stay invisible to avoid detection from enemies and security systems.

* SurprisinglyRealisticOutcome: [[spoiler:She's the first of the Smiths that directly encountered Emir. Examples Are Not Arguable. The entry was misindented anyway

** Arguably, the Timer Smile as well who is also fought very late into the game but before the Galactic Tomahawk Smile. Maybe even moreso since unlike the former, the Timer Smile can't be more easily taken down with Dan Smith's Collateral Shot. The Timer Smile requires quick yet precise shooting to take out its many weakpoints before it gets too close and inflicts a OneHitKill.

* MetalSlime: Micro and Camillia smiles. Both give huge amounts of thick blood when killed (and the Micros awaken all the sleeping Smiths,) but Micros are small and hard to hit, and fly towards you really quickly (fortunately, the explosion doesn't hurt you, but it does blind the player) and Camillia's sprint as fast as they can away from you and then explode if you shoot them without killing them or get too close.

* TokenGoodTeammate: Camellia Smiles who as Iwazaru describes actually want to defect to the killer7's side. Thus they are marked as traitors of the Heaven Smile with their distinct white bodies, stained with blood via "baptism". Apparently the best they can do is act as Helpful Mooks, standing next to spots where it is necessary to use a Smith's special ability. Instead of attacking the Smiths when approached, they will simply flee screaming and detonate themselves safely out of range. They also act as Metal Slimes as noted above so they're always a welcome sight. It's fitting that they're the only Smile to have a voiceline that is reused from a victim of the Heaven SmileSpecifically, they reuse the second Red Gunner gangmember's crying for help on the second floor inside the "Celtic" Building of the first mission but reversed. rather than from Kun Lan, the Heaven Smile's leader.

** WolverinePublicity: Even in marketing he tends to be treated as the face of killer7 as a whole, frequently getting a lot of focus and billing that none of the other characters ever match.
