* AdaptedOut: He does not appear in the film adaptations of ''Order of the Phoenix'' or ''Half-Blood Prince''. Why J.K. Rowling didn't tell the film creators to put him in is actually questioned on the series' wiki.

* AdaptationalAttractiveness: Inverted. Book version of Fleur is supposed to be exceptionally beautiful with some Veela charming powers to boot, but the film version is, while still pretty, not remarkably so. It's worth noting that the veela are AdaptedOut of the film series, so Fleur being part-veela is never mentioned.

* AdaptedOut: Inverted. She makes a cameo at Fleur's wedding in the seventh movie despite not being mentioned as present there in the book. Given that she's the headmistress of Fleur's school, her being invited makes perfect sense. She is quite possibly the only character in the series who makes an appearance in any one of the films who was ''not'' in the corresponding book.

* BigGood: Briefly, between [[spoiler:Dumbledore's death and his own]], Mad-Eye became the de facto leader of the Order of the Phoenix, as seen when he explains the plan for evacuating Harry and assigns everyone to a role in keeping Harry safe from any Death Eaters that figure out he's being moved.

* BerserkButton: [[CrowningMomentOfAwesome Touch her family - blood or not - and you will regret it with every fibre of your soon not to be existent body.]] Don't believe me? Just ask Bellatrix Lestrange who got viciously and violently defeated by one incredibly pissed off mother. "NOT MY DAUGHTER, YOU BITCH!" indeed. Read those words carefully; now... memorize them. Got it? Good. Live by it.
