He also says it when he gets a new companion against his will in the ''Magazine/DoctorWhoMagazine'' comic strip. On the other hand, if it ends on a FlatWhat, something has just gone very badly wrong indeed. Thirteenth uses it at the end of "[[Recap/DoctorWhoS38E10TheTimelessChildren The Timeless Children]]".
