* Happens often to Luffy in Manga/OnePiece, being both a BigEater and a RubberMan allows him to literally become spherical after a particularly large meal (Curiously, it is sometimes averted, logic be damned). Also, once in the anime, Usopp also ate so much that he rivaled Luffy in size.
** Luffy uses this as one of his attacks through gum gum balloon, he sucks in so much air that he's turned, quite literally, into a balloon. Worth mentioning is his second fight with Crocodile where he ingests an entire barrel of water and turns into "Water Luffy". He later developed a much more potent version by distributing the air in his BalloonBelly to his haki-infused muscles, bulking him up considerably and becoming very bouncy. Sounds ridiculous, but this is bona fide PersonOfMassDestruction grade.

* In Part 2 of Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventure Joseph Joestar tries to kill (or at the very least grievously maim) the Pillar Men with a stick of dynamite to buy time for his friends. The eldest of the trio, Esidesi, picks up the stick and swallows it whole. His belly winds up blowing up like a balloon. It goes to show Joseph (and the viewer) that the Pillar Men are a lot tougher than Joseph has ever face before and since.
