One small clarification, although the official title is "Zelda's Theme", it's better known among fans as "Zelda's Lullaby". So don't be surprised if you see that title in some of this linked videos.

** All the more reason why Creator/MahitoYokota used it for opening up the [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tRapMAQOBh0 theme for the extended credits]] in the [=3DS=] remake.

** All the more reason why Creator/MahitoYokota used it for opening up the [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tRapMAQOBh0 orchestrated theme for the extended credits]] in the [=3DS=] remake.
* In ''Spirit Tracks'', [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aePE5JVqU9w com/watch?v=Yn50x1wKsRI Zelda's Theme]] sees a lot more use than usual, this time around-- and the variations go from [[http://www.the Linked Adventure of ''Oracle of Ages/Seasons'' is... a completely different melody. But still, it's a beautiful piece for the Princess of Hyrule, given when the hero meets her for the first time, and when you rescue her in the true ending.
* ''The Wind Waker'' came back to the original melody, and although it wasn't nearly as prominent as in ''Ocarina of Time'', it still left its mark:
** The [[https://www.
youtube.com/watch?v=QJLXF48ENxw soothing]] (moreso than usual, com/watch?v=uMXqP93YDLw new rendition]], which appeared right at least) [[http://www.TheReveal, cementing the moment in every player's psyche even further.

And also, it's the riff that [[https://youtu.be/N8nCEDyGHKk?t=294 wraps up]] the melody, putting a perfect final bow to one of the best themes in the entire series. youtube.com/watch?v=V1pGBKmkFHc adorably awkward]] com/watch?v=t0AUQ_1-So4 has its chance to [[http://www.shine]].
* Ditto for ''The Minish Cap'', which used it more prominently than any other handheld game up to that point.
** The game starts off strong with Zelda's leitmotif, albeit this time [[https://www.
youtube.com/watch?v=P5KTO4xSqHo vaguely epic]], com/watch?v=008VRy1v_yY by using the composition from the beginning of the "Staff Credits" theme]] from ''Ocarina of Time''. Which only makes it even more beautiful!
** It also gave a kind of [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cOwxr4KA-wU somber rendition]] which fitted the mood for its scenes perfectly.
** And yet another one, this one [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7EQvQTkLkjI in a kind of sad note]], to wrap the sweat-sour ending.
** As for its appearance in the "[[Staff Credits https://youtu.be/M1uxmcMCJu0?t=105]]", this time appears around half way through, with a build up that will throw shivers through your spine.
* ''Four Swords Adventures'' gave also a couple of neat 16-bit like renditions.
** The [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QLKtOOpmD3k straight leitmotif]], like the Overworld theme, also seems to be [[RecycledSoundtrack recycled]] from ''A Link to the Past''... until you reach the second half of the loop and [[BaitAndSwitch realize it has a couple of more instruments]] to differentiate it a bit.
** It appears once again in [[https://youtu.be/SbM7cVn8em0?t=61 the ending]], giving an emotional final note to the players' journey.
** And finally, in the "[[https://youtu.be/K6DWnaNULJo?t=322 Staff Credits]]", it joins forces with the Main Theme for wrapping up the game once more.
* "Twilight Princess", which uses it more prominently in a leitmotif fashion than previous installments, also managed to keep it fresh thanks to some really smart and surprising music design choices.
** Starting off with the gloriously orchestrated [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UGQFugRDtXE movie demo music]] that appeared after the title screen
if you didn't actually start the game. It's a touch repetitive. testament to this theme's awesomeness that it got an official orchestrated version inside an actual game ''before the Main Theme itself''!
** Of course, when you first meet the actual princess, [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aTQBoxy5Eec her leitmotif makes a return]]. This time it has a slightly somber tone compared to previous renditions, but that makes it all the more fitting in this story.
** "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bScpbRDeAPs Sacrifice]]", where it's mixed up perfectly with "Midna's Theme" to twist the knife in [[TearJerker one of the most tearful moments in the game]].
** What else can this theme do to stay awesome? Well, how about [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GqTf-cR5eeY being howled]] by Wolf Link?
** Near the end of the game, this theme pulls the rug from under us with "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xs_eaPO6lZw Puppet Zelda]]", the most twisted version of the theme ever. And for good reason giving the scene where it sound.
** Which is followed by [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p4UP_e84KE8 this little snippet]] that surely makes the player breath with relief when it appears.
** Shortly afterwards, we get this [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zYPJviZrTS8 sweet rendition]].
** Right before the FinalBattle, Zelda's theme gives us a morale boost [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ROjzjsMljeA with a bombastic rendition]].
** And finally, Zelda's and Link's leitmotifs get mixed together to wrap up the [[https://youtu.be/q430UUQs17s?t=680 Staff Credits]] music once again.
* In ''Phantom Houglass'' it also got a couple of stand out moments:
** Starting off with [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-teegEn4HjA the beginning of the game]], during the recap of the events from ''The Wind Waker''.
** Also [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uFIr4K-1oJo a new rendition of the original score]] makes a brief, yet memorable comeback.
* In ''Spirit Tracks'', since Zelda is PromotedToPlayable, her leitmotif is specially prominent:
** The [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aePE5JVqU9w main rendition]] of course shines the second it starts playing.
**
And then there's... [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UDpDq6M3vGI this]] this]]... which is exactly what you'd expect from a sequence that involves [[ItsBeenDone sneaking around the castle courtyard]] [[StealthBasedMission and avoiding guards.]] It would have been right at home in ''Ocarina of Time'', too.

** There's also this [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V1pGBKmkFHc adorably awkward]] version, which shows its comedic potential.
** And speaking of comedic potential, we can't forget [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UtukVy7ejUI this rendition]], which sounds in a scene that starts off adorable... [[FunnyMoments and ends up being hilarious]]!
