No, that is NOT all. Not only is "That is all" Word Cruft, it generally represents a synonym for "This is a Zero Context Example." Why is this track awesome? The title does NOT speak for itself, neither does the link - why should someone who doesn't recognise the title click on it? Also, the fatwa on "titular" may have been lifted, but there's no good reason to use "titular song" instead of "title song".
