* In Night Whispers we are introduced to [[DarkChick Mapleshade]], who is made of these. After Ivypaw yells at her for blocking her way, she leaps onto Ivypaw and says this line.

* When Longtail obnoxiously goads Rusty into a fight by ridiculing his kittypet roots in front of the entirety of ThunderClan when he first arrives, Rusty - who, bear in mind, is several moons younger than Longtail and has had zero battle training at this point - royally kicks Longtail's ass and basically publicly humiliates him by splitting one of his ears after Longtail attempted to strangle him with his collar before it broke, solidifying Rusty's entry into the Clan and his dubbing of his apprentice name: Firepaw.

* Darktail's takeover of SkyClan. As horrifying as it is to see one of the clans driven from their home, his invasion with a group of disorganized rogues isn't just a feat that Bloodclan hadn't been able to pull off- it's also the catalyst for Skyclan returning to the lake.

* Brambleclaw, when faced with the chance to become leader by just strangling the helpless Firestar to death nine times over, ''refuses''. And then gives a ReasonYouSuckSpeech to Hawkfrost. When Hawkfrost attacks him, Brambleclaw promptly ''[[ImpaledWithExtremePrejudice impales him with the stick from the fox trap]]''.

* Rusty defeating Graypaw, who was much stronger and more experienced than him by using his {{I surrender suckers}} tactic! He showed how badass he would be from the first chapter!

* Maggottail, Redwillow, Sparrowfeather, Silverhawk, and Juniperclaw siding against Ashfur and working with the Clans and StarClan to stop him. This actually shows that despite being considered "evil" and heartless, they're not all without morals and standards.

** When Ashfur corners Bristlefrost, Maggottail, Redwillow, and Sparrowfeather at the barrier between StarClan and the Dark Forest, the three Dark Forest cats come to Bristlefrost's aid and stand with her against Ashfur. Bristlefrost is surprised, but grateful for their support. All three of them seem more confident siding with Bristlefrost, and all say to an extent that working together, they have a chance to stop Ashfur and kill him for good.

* Silverhawk's confession to the Clans and StarClan about his past deeds, and admitting that he wants to change, eventually working willingly with them to stop Ashfur.

* A villainous one, but the Imposter being able to not only [[OneManArmy hold his own]] in a six-on-one fight, but he manages to ''kill two'' of them.

* Yellowfang [[spoiler: feeds her own son deathberries so that he won't be able to threaten the forest anymore.]]
* When Tigerclaw is raging about [[spoiler: Graystripe's kits]] Cinderpaw tells him to shut up and lick one so it will survive. He does.

* Ravenpaw: even after several moons away from his camp, he still has a lot of skill left - which comes in handy when he helps Fireheart and Sandstorm [[spoiler: bring back Cloudpaw from the Twolegs]]. He's gained self-esteem too - he doesn't respond to Sandstorm's teasing.
* The ending of the book features a massive villainous one. All hail [[spoiler: Tigerstar!]]

* The end of the book. [[spoiler:Bluestar sacrifices herself to save Fireheart from the Pack Leader, then uses her dying breath to tell him that he is the fire that will save the Clans.]]

On top of that, she's crippled by a twisted hind leg. Yet when the badgers invade [=ThunderClan=] and move in on the nursery, she barricades the entrance with herself and fights them off. [[spoiler:[[HeroicSacrifice She dies in doing so]], but [=StarClan=] rewarded her with a second chance of life, and reincarnated her as her own niece.]]

* Bristlefrost becomes a double agent for the rebels, helping keep the exiled cats safe and being TheMole when it comes to [[spoiler:the Imposter's plans]]. Even when the entire clan turns on her, she keeps doing her duty.

* A villainous one, but [[spoiler:the Imposter]] being able to not only [[OneManArmy hold his own]] in a six-on-one fight, but he manages to ''kill two'' of them.
* Squirrelflight FakingTheDead. That's right- she's able to fool the cat who's been terrorizing the clans, manipulating the entire lake into conflict and and who [[spoiler:can leave Bramblestar's body as he pleases]].
* After Shadowsight comes back to life and realizes that Bramblestar's been [[spoiler:imprisoned in the Dark Forest]], what does he do? He intentionally ingests ''deathberries'' to put himself in a limbo state and rescue the tom. He nearly gets himself killed going ToHellAndBack, all for a chance to make things right. That takes guts.
* Graystripe stands up against Sparkpelt being exiled, calling out [[spoiler:the Imposter]] for his hypocrisy, his lack of leadership credentials, and his mistreatment of the clan. What does Graystripe do when [[spoiler:the Imposter]] claws him right across the face? Stands right back up and stares him down.

* Leafstar's deception of [[spoiler:the Imposter]]. She leads her clan to the rebel camp, makes it appear as if she's joining his side- and then all of [=SkyClan=] turn on the attackers. And it is glorious.

He promptly marches up to the Highrock, calls for a Clan meeting, and then gives an ''awesome'' speech both praising the cats' loyalty and [[TheReasonYouSuckSpeech calling everyone else out on their prejudice]].

* [[PintsizedPowerhouse Thistlepaw]] in ''Bluestar's Prophecy'' fighting a fricking dog. Over PREY. [[spoiler: And WINNING, thus earning his warrior name, [[MeaningfulName Thistleclaw]].]]
* In ''Bluestar's Prophecy'', Sunstar decides that the Clan needs Sunningrocks back. He also decides that it's not worth shedding blood over. What does he do? Takes a patrol, marches into ''the [=RiverClan=] camp'', lists to Hailstar a bunch of reasons why [=RiverClan=] doesn't need it, then ''announces that Sunningrocks is theirs now and that any [=RiverClan=] cat who sets paw on it will be torn apart'', and ''walks away''. [[MagnificentBastard All while making it look like any blood to be shed will be Hailstar's fault]]. The best part? [[spoiler:His bluff ''worked''. No [=RiverClan=] cat dared show up the next morning when he sent patrols to reclaim it]]. Bad. Ass.
* Bluefur and Oakheart having the willpower to have only one night together before throwing themselves back into their Clan's duties. In a series where most cats involved as StarCrossedLovers find some way to justify it, the fact that these two not only acknowledged that they were breaking the warrior code, but were able to stop seeing each other afterwards, is ''enormous'', if [[TearJerker tragic]]. And, unlike those other relationships, which usually end badly, [[spoiler:they got their reward by being TogetherInDeath]].

* Bramblestar's DawnOfAnEra speech at the end of "Bramblestar's Storm". He adds a new edition to the warrior code that [[spoiler:lets a Clan help another Clan in times of trouble and then split back up once the trouble's done]], the first time a rule to the warrior code had been added that wasn't in the prequel era. Cooperation has been seen throughout the series like "The Darkest Hour", "Dawn", and " The Last Hope", which means that the Clans have been learning to work together at long last.

* Bristlefrost becomes a double agent for the rebels, helping keep the exiled cats safe and keeping them updated on [[spoiler:the Imposter's plans]].
* Tigerstar is initially the first leader to stand up against "Bramblestar" and his insistence on punishing the codebreakers. For someone who was initially an unstable and inexperienced leader, he's clearly matured into a ReasonableAuthorityFigure.

* Squirrelflight faking her death. That's right- she's able to fool the cat who's been terrorizing the clans and who [[spoiler:can leave Bramblestar's body as he pleases]]. That takes guts.
* After Shadowsight comes back to life and realizes that Bramblestar's been [[spoiler:imprisoned in the Dark Forest]], what does he do? He intentionally ingests ''deathberries'' to put himself in a limbo state and rescue the tom. That takes guts.

* Needlepaw's ease with the rogues. She fits in immediately, fighting for her food and flirting with the leader's right-hand-man. Not only that, but she stands up to [[CompleteMonster Darktail]] of all cats. Even as an apprentice, we see shades of the fearsome warrior that emerges over the next two books.

* Needlepaw entrance to the Journey to the Gorge. Five ThunderClan cats are cornered by a pair of foxes, and what does she do? She jumps on one's back and drives it off! For an apprentice treated poorly in her own clan, that's one hell of a save.
* Darktail's takeover of SkyClan. As horrifying as it is to see one of the clans driven from their home, his invasion with a group of disorganized rogues isn't just a feat that BloodClan hadn't been able to pull off- it's also the catalyst for SkyClan returning to the lake.

* When the Clans are exposed and freezing on a mountainside, an eagle swoops down and snatches a kit up. Brackenfur tackles the eagle in midair, forcing it to release the kit. Becomes a "[[CrowningMomentOfHeartwarming]]" when you remember how he tried to save Snowkit from a hawk in the original series and failed.

* Pretty much every scene with Sol is a {{Crowning Moment of Awesome}}. Like Jayfeather getting [[MindRape Mind Raped]] when he detected his presence, how unbelievably calm and composed he is ''all the time'', his deep, hypnotic voice, and this exchange:
