** Say what you will about their animation, . When they caught wind Fred Silverman was looking for an animation studio for their new Superman cartoon, and was sending someone to check out the studio they had the little problem that the studio only consisted of about three people, ''so they got the crazy idea to bring about as many friends and family to pretend they actually had a working crew. And it worked!'' From then on, Filmation's ruled SaturdayMorningCartoons with an iron fist.

* A bunch of [[http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/spain/5224797/Thieves-flee-after-breaking-into-Dolph-Lundgrens-Spanish-home.html burglars broke into Dolph Lundgren's house and tied up his wife and daughter in 2009]]. Luckily, before they got to anything serious they saw a family photo and realized ''[[OhCrap they had just tied up Dolph Lundgren's wife.]]'' This was in itself enough reason for them to let her go and run away very quickly, thus also saving some wear and tear on the He-Man sword. Best part? Dolph Lundgren wasn't even present.

** Oh, and they're also intelligent enough to realize that inter-species cooperation is beneficial to both species: there's one pod in Australia that, when whales would migrate through the area, the orcas would begin herding them into the town's bay, and at least one would go to the dock and alert the humans that the whales were coming in. The orcas and humans would then work together on the hunt. And at the end of the hunt, the humans would allow the orcas to eat the lips and tongues of their catch, for which the humans had no use, and the orcas would leave the humans the more valuable blubber and baleen.

*** And yes, they did manage to bring cannons in. The cannons were taken apart, dragged to the front by sheer human strength (several HeroicSacrifices ensued when the cannons slipped on treacherous terrains, including Tô Vĩnh Diện, who threw himself under a 2-ton cannon to stop it crashing. His last words were "Is the cannon alright?"), then reassembled on location. They arranged multiple cannons on the rim of the valley, essentially shooting French fish in a barrel.
