* There's an understated one in the very last episode, "Sleepless in Peckham" when, in the middle of making a very valid argument about Del wasting money they haven't got, Raquel makes the somewhat daft and irrelevant comment "only women bleed". Del points out that he's suffered plenty, what with losing his parents and having to look after both Rodney and Granddad at a very young age. Raquel is silenced and leaves the room.

* In [[Recap/OnlyFoolsAndHorsesS5E04TeaForThree "Tea For Three"]], when Del and Rodney are competing for a girl's affections, Del decides to put Rodney through the wringer by letting him get badly burned under a tanning bed. So Rodney gets his revenge by turning Del's cock-and-bull story about being a former paratrooper and getting him the chance to go hang gliding, something Del is ''petrified'' by. When Del has the gall to beg Rodney's help to get out of his situation, Rodney pretends to get ready to come running with a fabricated message that they need to get going. When Del's gotten into the hang-gliding equipment, and is mere seconds from having to take off, he nervously asks Rodney about that call. And what does Rodney do? Tells Del what Del told him; they haven't got a ''car phone''. Del's OhCrap reaction is beautiful as he realizes he's well and truly trapped, with Rodney's ice cold "You might get a tan!" being icing on the cake.
** Del's attempt at revenge ultimately falls flat as well; pretending his injuries from crashing were more severe than they were and appearing to need a wheelchair, Rodney pokes a big hole in his plan to the others. Mainly, that hospitals wouldn't send a paralyzed patient home via '''bus'''. Cue another OhCrap expression from Del.

* "[[Recap/OnlyFoolsAndHorsesS8E02ModernMen Modern Men]]": In the hospital after Cassandra's miscarriage a loud, obnoxious, and irate patient is loudly abusing the hospital staff and other patients as he is demanding to be seen first. His condition? He took a bunch of pills but can't remember what they were because he was drunk. As he continues his loud-mouthed tirade, a heartbroken Del steps out still in full hospital scrubs, sets his jaw, then steps up to the idiot and lays him out flat with a single punch.

* Del gets one in "No Greater Love". Rodney is dating a woman whose husband is in prison and said man meets Del with a thug assuming him to be his brother. Del claims to be Rodney and prepares to take a beating for his brother. They let him take his coat off and then chucks it in a puddle. Angered that his new coat has been ruined, he starts the fight with the man, and he wins, despite taking a beating himself. For all his teasing, Del really does love his brother.
* The famous chandelier scene in "A Touch of Glass" could only be done in one take, and it went down as one of the funniest moments in TV history.
* The ending of "Chain Gang", where Del and his consortium figure out the truth behind the scam that Arnie's been running, prevent Denzil and his brothers from getting caught up in the same scam, and then get hold of their own ambulance to intercept Arnie before his sons can arrive, and confront him with a pair of bolt cutters, intending to not only get the chains they're rightfully owed, but some retribution against Arnie. It says everything that this is widely considered the best episode (not counting "The Jolly Boys' Outing", which is a double-length special) of a season that includes a whole bunch of stone-cold classics like "Yuppy Love", "Danger UXD", and "The Unlucky Winner Is".
