* Samus gets fed up with the [[ScrappyMechanic authorization system]] and activates an all new power up without waiting for permission. Shame he wasn't there to hear it.
-->'''Samus:''' Any objections, Adam?

* A moment of more subtle awesome: the first parts of the cutscene with the real Madeline Bergmen ''actually works''. Samus responds to Bergmen's terror in a calm, measured, [[{{Adorkable}} faintly awkward]] way, backing off to explain herself in a way that actually sells the scene.

* The fact that [[spoiler: the Space Pirates on Zebes actually had a survivor. Phantoon, to be exact. And what did he do afterwards? Take A Level In Badass, grow huge, and take over the Bottle Ship in the Playable Epilogue.]]

** He also casually mentions that he was the one who stopped the ship from entering Earth's atmosphere and crashing into the Galactic Federation during the Queen Metroid fight.

* The ending of the final boss fight against the [[spoiler:Queen Metroid]]. With the entire station having jarred to a stop and knocked both Samus and [[spoiler:the queen]] to the floor, Samus gets back up and starts blasting [[spoiler:the queen]] with missiles. [[spoiler:The queen]] gets back up, and Samus locks onto her mouth. [[spoiler:And fires the Grapple Beam, launching herself into the queen's stomach.]] In morph ball form, with her health draining away extremely rapidly, what could Samus possibly do in this situation? [[spoiler:[[DangerousForbiddenTechnique Lay the power bomb that Adam expressly forbade her from using.]]]] The screen whites out. When it returns, the entire room has had its shit ''wrecked'' and there is absolutely no sign of the [[spoiler:Queen Metroid]] aside from green bloodsplatters. And that's merely another reason why Samus kicks ass.
** Blowing up the [[spoiler:Queen Metroid]] ''from the inside out with Power Bombs'' is probably the most cathartic boss fight ending in the whole game.
*** Of course, [[GuideDangIt it's not like the game ''told'' you you could do that or anything...]]
* ThisTroper is [[HateDom not a fan]] of OtherM, but thought the introduction of Ridely as a CreepyChild was a very cool moment.
** Thanks to Nintendo Acres, this troper can't help but laugh at the concept of Little Birdy.
