** Negaduck splits the city among the Fearsome Five but keeps the loot for himself. His henchmen complain, so he pulls out a ''chainsaw.'' No more questions asked. What makes this really awesome is that one of the guys he just intimidated is ''made of water'', and completely immune to the chainsaw. He's just ''that'' scary. What especially sells this is when he informs the rest he's keeping the money without raising his voice.

** And after Bulba's defeat, S.H.U.S.H. and the St. Canard city government are left holding the bag. If they just shut the company down thousands of innocent people will end up on the street. They decide the only solution is to bring in an expert who can clean up the big pile of bullshit Bulba left and do it on a shoestring budget. Fortunately for them, that's Scrooge McDuck's ''favorite kind'' of budget! Scrooge reorganizes Quackwerks like the brilliantly ethical tightwad he is; he starts off by turning the civil service functions the company had absorbed back over to St. Canard, then he restructures the company so that instead of crushing the competition, it becomes a business incubator. After the reorg is finished, Scrooge names Launchpad CEO, and... he does a great job, which is a crowning moment of awesome for both Launchpad and Scrooge - Launchpad for rising to Scrooge's challenge, and Scrooge for knowing that Launchpad can handle running the show during a tough transition.

** And after Bulba's defeat, S.H.U.S.H. and the St. Canard city government are left holding the bag. If they just shut the company down thousands of innocent people will end up on the street. Fortunately for them, that's [[ScroogeMcDuck]]'s ''favorite kind'' of budget! Scrooge pares Quackwerks down like a pro; he starts off by turning the civil service functions the company had absorbed back over to St. Canard, then restructures the company so that instead of crushing the competition, it becomes a business incubator. After he restructures the company, Scrooge names Launchpad CEO, and... he does a great job, which is a crowning moment of awesome for both Launchpad and Scrooge.

** Related to this is Taurus Bulba’s final defeat: it is at the hands of Gosalyn, the girl he tries to exploit and murder since the start of the franchise, who hacks into his robot. Bubla’s final moments are him letting out a furious and horrified BigNo as he is literally deleted.

* One for Launchpad. In his hypnotic state he not only defeats [[NeverSmileAtACrocodile Gumbo]] easily, but Darkwing as well using Darkwing’s own move against him! Sure, he was under a spell, but it's never said that the spell increased his capability -- it only invoked a Face Heel Turn. The fact that he was willing to do it was the spell, but the fact that he ''could'' do it was all him.

* Morgana's defeat of a LovePotion-struck Negaduck at the end of "My Valentine Ghoul":

** Negaduck gets one during the episode by demonstrating why he's Darkwing's Numero Uno Arch enemy, by going after Darkwing and Morgana with a flamethrower that's powered by FROSTING.

* Toward the end of the episode when Dark Warrior finds [[EvenEvilHasLovedOnes he can't bring himself to shoot Gosalyn because he still cares about her]], Launchpad gets the drop on him by knocking him out with a [[FryingPanOfDoom frying pan]], buying Gosalyn, Megavolt, and Quackerjack time to get back to the Time Top and return to the past so Gosalyn can prevent Darkwing Duck from becoming Dark Warrior Duck.

* A scary one, but Dark Warrior Duck's entrance is totally awesome. Especially the chilling variant on Darkwing's usual CatchPhrase that Creator/{{Jim Cummings|1952}} belts out with all his might: "I am the terror that HUNTS in the night! I am the jackal that ''gnaws at your bones!'' I am Dark Warrior Duck!"
** The people he's talking to try to sneak off but Dark Warrior aims his cannon and gives a chiding "I wasn't finished" so he can properly wrap up his speech. That overwrought CatchPhrase doesn't seem so silly now does it.
