** The media circus over Dan's antics eventually brings in Jeremiah Burger, who shows up when [[ItMakesSenseInContext the manager is trying to torture Dan]], and proves himself a ReasonableAuthorityFigure by calling the manager out on his {{Jerkass}} actions, nonchalantly activating the sprinklers to put out a fire, shipping the manager back to a prior hated position as punishment for his behavior, and personally cooks up a plain burger for Dan when all is said and done.

* [[BewareTheNiceOnes Chris putting his foot down]] in "The Lemonade Stand Gang" -- for the entire episode, Dan and Chris have been harassed and outright injured by [[EnfantTerrible the little hooligans]], and things escalate to them ''bombing Chris' car''. Elise is [[BerserkButton unsurprisingly pissed off]], and really wants to [[FateWorseThanDeath send them to a weapons factory in North Korea]]. But Chris points out them going the low road, like what Dan has been doing, has simply caused the Lemonade Stand Gang to also keep going lower. The only way to win is to go higher. So they instead tape footage of the kids harassing an elderly woman; Chris is then sent in on the pretense of making peace. The gang is unsurprisingly uninterested and instead begin to repeatedly kick Chris in the shins, until they realize Dan has been taping it all. They give chase, and proceed to [[ChronicallyCrashedCar smash up Dan's car]] because they believe he hid the tape in there... not realizing he passed the tape to Elise, who shows it to all the Gang's parents at the school nearby, and they rush out as the Gang is engrossed in wrecking Dan's car. The parents put a stop to it, declare all the Gang's money is to be donated to charity, and head off for home. Dan actually compliments Chris on the plan afterwards, not even minding that his car was smashed -- "A master chess player knows which piece to sacrifice, and when."

* The dynamic duo (not that one) are chasing down the wolf man with their car. They fail so Dan decides to hunt the thing down with a bow and arrow.

** Dan's plan is to chain himself to the counter with an incredibly strong chain and make a nuisance of himself to drive off customers. The manager threatens to call the cops, which Dan balks at and winds up proven right in not fearing as there is nothing they can do (Dan isn't actually preventing the employees from doing their jobs, merely speaking to customers with unpleasant information, so they legally can't do anything to him)
