* ViewersAreMorons: Apparently, Nelvana still thinks viewers don't understand Japan enough to pronounce certain names correctly, hence we have "JIHN-ga" (not to mention a "k" added to his name, becoming "Gingka"), and "Rye-OO-ga".
** Really? Because this viewer thought that "Rye-OO-ga" was the perfect name for a blader with Lightning L. Drago. An unintentional BilingualPun?
** Also, while the North American toys have the Japanese spellings of the characters and Beyblades, Hasbro seems to figure that since most "Americans" can't make heads or tails of Japanese anyway, they probably won't notice the Japanese rendering of "RETTO ITTO RIPPU" ("Let it rip"), which is only used in North America. In Japan, they say "Go shoot" when they want to start a Bey battle. They even have the "Gasher" Beyblade rendered as "Gasshah"; it's known as "Cancer" (as in the crab constellation) in Japan.

* GratuitousJapanese: The NA toys hope you'll "RETTO ITTO RIPPU!" (In Japan, as with the Beyblade previous incarnation, the phrase for starting a battle is "Go Shoot!"). Not funny, Hasbro.

Metal Fight Beyblade (known in the West as Beyblade: Metal Fusion) is a SpinOff of the Beyblade franchise and co-produced by the company that dubs it, Nelvana. It's the story of Ginga Hagane, an apparent drifter with no home. One day, he rescues a boy named Kenta Yumiya from some members of the Face Hunters gang and the pair bond under the stars. The next day, Ginga's cornered by the entire Face Hunters gang and defeats them all. Then he has to go up against their leader Kyoya Tategami...

* YouFailPhysicsForever: Specifically, in the episode "Shine, Virgo!", they say that dancers put their arms out to go faster. In all actuality, you pull in to go faster. Try it with a simple rolling chair, or even spin around your room. You get the opposite effect by pushing out.

* HeyItsThatVoice: Kyoya is Sai, Blader DJ is Sasuke, Ryuga is Seto Kaiba, Phoenix/ is Aizen and Doji is......well, look for yourself.
** Tobio is Gaara, Tsubasa is Haku, Hyoma is Simon, Kenta is Blair, Benkei is Dynasmon, Yu is Nunnally, Masamune is Renton, Busujima is Trunks, Reiji is Robin, and Dan & Reiki are Negi
** In a rather disturbing twist of fate, Yu Tendou is WesternAnimation.WaysideSchool Maurecia. I wish I was kidding.
** It's quite unsettling to watch the English dub if the voices of BakuganBattleBrawlers characters are imbedded to your head...
*** And then most of the female beybladers are also quite well known, namely Creator/MaiNakahara, Creator/MarinaInoue, Creator/EriKitamura,
** The dub also has some veterans of the older Beyblade seasons, such as Brooklyn, Mathilda, Fernando/Kevin/Michael, Mariah, Kai, and even Mr. Dickenson
** Ginga is Max. and Watarigani is Owen.

* SoLastSeason: The WD performance tip Tsubasa's Earth Aquila possessed in the first season was hyped as the ultimate performance tip and the rarest there was, with Tsubasa being the only one possessing it. It held true for the entirety of the first season and gave Tsubasa his own gimmick along with his refined technique. Then from the second season ownwards Alexei's Burn Wolf, Julian's Gravity Perseus, Zeo's Flame Byxis, Motti's Flame Cancer, Kenta's Flash Saggitario and Da Xian's Rock Zurafa all have the same WD performance tip. And then there's Jack's EWD performance tip, Kyoya's Fang Leone's W2D performance tip...WD isn't as unique now.
