The biggest differences with [[Franchise/DisneyAnimatedCanon Disney's version]] is that the Soviet Winnie is not TheDitz, nor is he cutesy. He's kinda on a rough side, has a raspy voice, orders Piglet around and has a poetic and cunning side to him. Also, while Christopher Robin is present in Boris Zakhoder's adaptation in the book, his role in the shorts is assumed by other characters.

* RunningGag: When Winnie and Piglet go walking together and singing, it's always Winnie walking first and Piglet hurrying after him. Winnie has a tendency to pause in the middle of a song to make a comment or go off on as small tangent... when he does he'll immediately stop walking, which nine times out of ten means Piglet crashes into him. Since Piglet is so small, Winnie doesn't even notice.
