Is Veger really a Complete Monster?

It's hard to argue that he's a Well-Intentioned Extremist who seems to be going way, way too far, but is he really the main villain in the series? You only technically "fight" him once, and it was just his Humongous Mecha. Yeah, he took Jak away from Daddy, but he also said he lost Jak to the Underground, while the Shadow said he was found just wandering the streets.

Praxis: surname or given name?

Personally, this Troper thinks "Ashelin Praxis" just sounds stupid.
