Less anime
Could you cut down on the number of anime characters having important roles? or at least use more from video games, western animation or live action TV?
REPLY from Chris X: .... Everyone will have its share. However... I find myself quite lacking in knowledge of Western Animation or Live Action TV. This is where you can come in and recommend things. Join the Author group, enrich the knowledge! We're always welcome with other authors who's more willing to join us. In fact, I am fearing that if this continues, the story would be dominated with anime and video game characters. I wouldn't want that, so I am now encouraging any fic writers with good knowledge on Live Action TV, Western Animation or other sources to join in our group.
A Grand Unified Alliance Of Good
Just like it says, it needs a Grand Unified Alliance Of Good to act as the opposition to the Grand Unified Alliance Of Evil. Of course, if you want to, you can use a different name for the good side in order to better differentiate between then and the bad guys.
Chris X Replies: Yes, that's actually been planned. But it will have to wait until awhile. But there WILL be the good Alliance.
Xellos and third parties
Could you make Xellos part of both alliances? In his home series, no one's ever sure of where his true loyalties lie. As of the fifteenth novel and fourth season, this has yet to be definitively resolved even for the readers/viewers. The only sure thing is that is that he'll ultimately be alive and well, whoever wins, and one gets the distinct impression that everything ended up exactly as he wanted it to. (Whether or not that's actually true is, of course, a secret.) Alternatively, you could make a third list of "wild card" deities: those whose loyalties are unknown, are deliberately staying out of the war for the moment, or are otherwise unpredictable factors in the war.
Reply: Xellos? Sure. But too bad I don't know Slayers very much so I'm very afraid to use him in fear of derailing his character. But the 'third party' stuffs sounds neat.
Followers actively getting involved
Something important to consider is the fact that most of the gods and goddesses in this Pantheon have followers. So why not let them get involved? For example, followers of one god(dess) could attack the followers of an opposing god(dess). Another idea is that [in spoiler tags just in case this gets used] the strength of the god(dess) in question depends on the strength of the faith his/her followers have in him/her. If followers have a strong faith, the god(dess) gains power; if followers die or lose faith, the god(dess) grows weaker. If a god(dess) is dethroned, the followers could go to another allied god(dess) and/or fight back. Just think about the implications. I don't mind if it ultimately gets used or not, just as long as it's considered.
Reply: Well it's already used on how Lamia's followers suddenly defected to SHODAN right after she lost her powers, leading to the capture of Lelouch, Jade and Axel. But there's more, of course... especially regarding one certain Sleeping Dragon who followed a certain dead master military strategist...

So, how should one go about joining in? Just add your name to the list and that's it?

Reinforcements?
Reinforcements for the good guys as some of the Good gods get involved? Ideas! Negi Springfield leading all 31 students into the fray; Marcus Fenix bringing Delta Squad together to slaughter hordes of Mooks; Tsunade calling upon the Leaf Village shinobi to get involved; John-117 contacting the other Spartans for aid, or possibly his old buddy The Arbiter and his Sangheili warriors.
Opinions? Ideas? Possibilities of any of the above four gods (or those affiliated with them) getting involved any time soon? Especially since Naruto Uzumaki now has the Rasenshuriken, and Negi can use Magia Erebea; both could certainly cause some carnage amongst the Dark Alliance's mooks.
Reply: Don't worry, reinforcements for the good guys will start coming in once the REAL battles begin.
Editor?
I like the story, but frankly speaking the grammar's really bad and makes the story unpleasant to read. I'd recommend getting someone to edit each update before posting. I realize that it might push the updates back a day, but I think it would be worth it.
One other thing—would you consider linking each character to their appropriate House instead of their show/game/book/whatever? That way readers can easily look up each god's spheres of influence if they can't remember. Each god in the Pantheon listing links back to their show/etc., so it would still be pretty simple to look up the canon they come from.
Reply: Yes, I do say that my grammar isn't good. And I also have planned that updates will be rather slower to ensure QUALITY, not just about the grammar, but also on the story flow. But then again, the past chapters can be edited anytime (EVEN IF THE EPISODE HAS PASSED) if it meant for grammar fixing. So I do say that you and everyone is free to fix the grammar if you think it's not very good. Any time, any place. And also, I seriously think we AUTHORS need to have a conference talk through Instant Messengers. There are more that we can accomplish there rather than just talking in the forum.
On the linking of each character to their appropriate House...? Well, if they had a House in the Pantheon, sure. But you do know that some of them doesn't have a house yet? If that was the case, we will link to the show they're in.

The Guy's Maze?
What are the plans for the Guy's maze? Do you think we should have other Web Reviewers like Yahtzee and the Nostalgia Critic in there as well? Or should the Technology Pantheon members slowly get imprisoned in there?
REPLY: For The Guy's Maze, the current recipient of that is Ryu (Street Fighter) and the Angry Video Game Nerd. Yahtzee could be a good candidate to be trapped, but the Critic? The Maze was reserved for those about videogames, so the Critic... I don't think he would fit in, unless there's a movie counterpart of The Guy. The Maze should slowly trap those who deal with videogames, or any 'non-evil' characters which have been featured in the I Wanna Be The Guy game, in which it will expand to trapping everyone in the Pantheon, unless someone solves the maze...
Inclusion of Gig?
Are there any plans to bring in the "secret" weapon of both the Heroes and Villains Pantheon and Life and Death Pantheon, Gig? After all, the House of Nature has been attacked, and part of his hotpod garden is stored there...... never a good idea to attack Gig's Hotpods....
REPLY: I'm only human and I don't know about Gig. So if you're willing to give a story about it, feel free to do so.
Older Heroes
Vergil: It seems like the story is dominated not only by anime and video game characters, but also modern characters. I looked in the list, and frankly, most of these characters are from shows that are relatively recent. The characters who aren't predominately from the 21st century are either too famous to be ignored or Long-Runners. Why are there no Old Heroes to show the young'ns how it's done?
I propose we start a brigade of veteran characters, if only to be part of the reinforcements. We can include Long-Runners in this, since most retro characters may not be familiar to be better part of TV Tropes. Or hell, a Brigade composed entirely of the Trope Namers, who probably deserve some power for creating a trope. That'll get some older characters in the mix.
Question:
Where would I go to make a (admittedly, minor) proposal for a scene so that it wouldn't show up here in plain sight of everyone, so that if it is used it will be a surprise for the viewers?
Answer: After that surprise Ass Pull entry... I say, yes. Please send the proposal to the topic in the forum.
Alright, then. Suggestion 1: Negi using a certain SSS-Rank(?) spell introduced in Chapter 238. Proposal #2: Precia: "The Pantheon is rightfully ours, and we will destr-" Cole: DELTA SQUAD IS IN YOUR HOUSE, BITCH! YOU HEAR DAT SHIT?!" And away he goes...
Answer from Chris X: I may. But I am not familiar with Gears Of War nor Mahou Sensei Negima. So please ask someone who knows those series about it.
Answer from Laevatein: Haven't reached that particular chapter of Negima. But the Delta Squad stuff? OH GAWD NO!
A partial compromise, then. Negi using Khilipl Astrape against Precia, Voldemort, and several other evil magic-users. Imagine: some of the most feared dark mages alive being struck down by what may be the most powerful offensive spell in existence! And it would be nice to see Delta Squad perform SOME act of heroism... And when are Goku and co. going to get involved? And Himei? I doubt Goku will take kindly to his friends being attacked, and Himei will likely think that Fate being captured and tortured "shouldn't be happening".
Answer from Chris X: I could come up with an excuse of Goku being prepared for a bigger gun. Also, I don't know about Himei. But don't worry about Fate. I had something else in plans for her rescue.
- Oh you needn't worry about Goku, I'm planning to use him very soon. We should be more worried about Nanoha who is trapped in a dimension with the likes of Cthulhu, Unicron, Frieza, Cell, Majin Buu, Sailor Galaxia, Dio Brando, Aizen, Sensui, The Anti-Spiral King, D-Reaper, Lucemon, Exdeath, Kefka, Sephiroth, Ganondorf, Giygas, Lavos, Keisar Ephes, Dark Brain, The Edel Bernal, Darkseid, Doomsday, The Juggernaut and dozens of others who can take her Starlight Breaker to the face and smile, that's how badly screwed she is.

I was just thinking the other day, how about having some characters be "field agents" in the omni/multiverse responsible for identifying and gathering intelligence on potential catastrophes like the Alliance? It would be made up of characters like Boogiepop, Kino, Ginko, The Doctor, Metron and other "travellers." (Sorry if this is in the wrong section, I'm new to this).Question
Where are the Time and Space gods/goddesses in all this? I mean people like Yuko, Galactus and the like.Answer: Well, there's Dio, but he's on the Alliance. I was just wondering: why the hell are guys like Lex Luthor, Ganon, and especially Dr. Doom not only not in the Pantheon, but willingly taking orders from the Alliance?Answer: For a chance at power. Possibly to usurp the positions of the incumbent evil gods at the first opportunity, possibly by taking the godhood of the defeated gods. Whatever comes up first.
The Fallen?
Are The Fallen, led by, well, The Fallen, still planning their revenge? Are they waiting until the Civil War is over to strike when the Pantheon is weak? Or are they going to actively participate in the War? If the latter, will they join forces with the GUAE or fight as a third party combating both of the other sides?Also, when are the Autobots going to get involved, anyway? I wanna see Jetfire and Sideswipe kick some ass!

LE Xicon 712: I want to read more of this story, and I want to give you guys some ideas.- I may not know much of Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, but I do know about Spiral Energy. Here's my idea (mostly involves Gao Gai Gar, G Gundam, and Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann (don't know about either series, just their most powerful mecha), plus any villain who can create a giant evil mecha): Kamina realizes that he could combine the Gurren-Lagann with Genesic Gaogaigar and God Gundam via Spiral Energy to form a living mass of hot blooded courageous GAR that not even he can drive. He tells Guy and Domon about it, so they decide to call Chuck Norris, but he's doesn't take orders from anybody. Then they decide to call Archer since has the ability to command GAR, and they teach him how to pilot a mecha (for a twist, the combination GaoGaiGodGurrenGundamGAR doesn't need a cockpit to drive, as it can be commanded like the God Gundam). Please, fans of the aformentioned series, read my idea and like it!
