Meta Four: What's the source for saying Hellboy is an example? I've only read through Conqueror Worm, but his only problems with technology in the first five volumes were in Wake the Devil. And there, it was because the tech in question were manufactured by Zinco, who had sabotaged them because he was in league with Rasputin. And Hellboy wasn't the only one having problems in that miniseries: all the other agents were having trouble with their radios, and the BPRD's plane eventually blew up on the runway.

CA Lieber: Why are there so many autobiographical examples on this page when a Troper Tales page already exists? I'm running out of time on the library's computer and can't move them, but I will soon if I have to. Now don't do it again.

  • In my case, I did so (story since moved to Troper Tales) because I didn't know where to find such a page, if it even existed. Seriously, what is the difference between a Troper Tales page with no link to it on the main page, and one that doesn't exist at all? Discussions, the Forum pages, and Page Histories, all have links across the top, easy to find, but very rarely does a page with a Troper Tales associated even give any indication that such exists; even when they do link, the links are inconsistently located, usually somewhere in the main description, sometimes at the end of the examples, or even partway down the list, and rarely in a spot that's easy to find. I'd add the link myself, but I'm not sure how to link to the troper tales section, and couldn't find it in markup help, aside from using an external link to loop back into the tvtropes.org site.
    • Ok, I figured out how to link it, there's now a link to Troper Tales with the rest of the related-stuff links at the bottom of the description.

Phoenix Fire: I propose that we add another quote, possibly replacing the rather lengthy Foxtrot one. More specifically:
"I can kill a copier at thirty paces.-Harry Dresden

Shini: Deleted a whole slow of empty folders, where are they coming from?
