Noaqiyeum: Umm... given the title and the initial implications of the Hive Mind, I would have expected at least one actual non-vampire in the examples?
Red Shoe: I know that under certain circumstances, a singular 'they' is now considered acceptable by all but old fuddy-duddies like me. That said, there is no way the Battlestar Galactica. Just plain unacceptable, that is a subject-object number disagreement.
