Mr Death: Took out the entry on Army of Darkness because it's just inaccurate. I've seen the scene, and looked at his mouth when he's saying the line, and he's clearly just saying "Good, bad...I'm the guy with the gun." Original is below:

  • In a TV airing of Army of Darkness, the censors bleeped (well, silenced technically), Ash's name, in the dialogue where he fights his clone "Bad Ash." So the line "Good Ash, Bad Ash. I'm the guy with the gun." Becomes "Good.... Bad.... I'm the guy with the gun." (Oddly enough, the censored version became a bit of a Catchphrase in its own right among fans, and is the one on most cuts of the film today.)

Darmok: Can anyone explain what the "Weather warnings on broadcast networks have a sound effect of 3 beeps and appear during the show, naturaly they occasionally overlap with dialog" entry is getting at please?

Big T: Perhaps that, if they are positioned correctly, they can cover up dialog, creating the illusion that this trope is happening. Still, I would at least want an anecdotal example of this happening before putting it back on the page.

Georgie: I for one am curious about where to find lyrics for these banned Girl-Scout songs.

Gear Box Clock: Yeah, actual confirmation of some of the real life examples would be good. The removal of the This Troper entries would be good as well, but there is no Troper Tales and I do not feel like making one
