Anonymous Mc Cartneyfan: Yes, it does — but it doesn't need cutting. It's the military land-vehicle equivalent to Just Plane Wrong and Failed To Pay Shipping Charges. It's just that we don't have as many tank enthusiasts as plane enthusiasts... (Hmm... maybe we'd better make clear that not every armored military land vehicle is a tank. Armored Personnel Carriers seem more common than they used to be, judging from the news...)
