Snipped because, ugh, Luffy isn't exactly Team Dad material, and what he's doing doesn't really have a parental overtone. (unlike Zoro's relationship with Chopper)
Koveras: There's been two examples already of fatherly figures who are not related to the children they protect by blood. Shouldn't they go under Team Dad?
Big T: Yes, but that's no reason they can't also go here. The two are not mutually exclusive.
Kersey475: Does this trope refer to men who are literal fathers or is it just a term applied to men with a soft spot for kids? If it is the latter I suggest we move those examples to Friend to All Children.
