From You Know That Thing Where:

Blayde: There's a lot here that can be merged into Arson Murder And Life Saving. Should we consider a merge?
Idle Dandy: McCloud Speech reminded me of a similar setup, but I wanted to make sure it's not a duplication. Someone gives a climactic speech, usually in a Sitcom, detailing the horrible things the other character has done, then says, "I have just one thing to say" and follows it up by a compliment or other cheerful declaration in a completely different tone. For instance, after trading practical jokes, Dorothy's friend on The Golden Girls rants, "That was a sneaky, rotten, underhanded thing to do! I have just one thing to say: boy, have I missed you!" Or Cindy on Three's Company: "You two are treating me like a child! I'm an adult and I can take care of myself. And just one more thing: you two are the best friends I've ever had."

I was thinking of putting it in Stock Phrases, maybe Just One Thing To Say?
