Describe Grendel Discussion here.

stm177: Is this a book series, anime or what? I don't know what index to put it under.

Anonymous Mc Cartneyfan: I don't know for sure, but it looks like Literature. I'll index it as such; if it's Manga, someone please correct that... {After another look] It's a Comic Book! Whoever created this lists Grendel/Batman as an Intercontinuity Crossover, so it must be a DC Comic! I'll index accordingly...

Solandra: When I saw this entry created, my first thought was that it would be about John Gardner's novel Grendel. <wonders if another troper in the future will decide to create that entry> DarkLoad: That was my first thought too. We read this in my english class as part of a unit on Beowulf this semester. Maybe I'll throw something together sometime.

Malkalypse: Grendel is not a DC Comic, it is actually published by Dark Horse. Grendel/Batman is one of a number of inter-company crossovers between DC and Dark Horse, although most of them involve Dark Horse's movie licensed titles (such as Aliens, Predator, Robocop, and Terminator).
