Working Title: Weaponized Blood: From YKTTW
Adam850: removed:
- I've never played it, but I've read up on it - in the game Killer Seven, isn't there a woman who can shoot blood from her wrists as a weapon?
- No, Kaede Smith uses her blood to break barriers. She actually uses a pistol with a scope.
Antheia: Removed the Death Note entry, since blood doesn't have any particular qualities in the Death Note-verse. Ink, pencil lead or just about anything that can be used to write would have done just as well.
Ariel: Changed the line "Usually this is helped by most fictional characters having 10 or more pints of blood in their bodies (5-6 is normal for humans)" because the Red Cross FAQ disagrees. (It thinks 10-12 pints is normal for an adult.)
Lizard Bite: Uh... where did all the examples go?
Does poisoning a vampire with your blood count? This was done in Anne Rice's series to Lestat, and on Angel to Angelus. Basically, a person eats something that's poisonous to vampires before getting bitten by a vampire. In Anne Rice's book it was a plot by a couple of other vampires, and the humans were unwilling. In Angel, Faith deliberately drugged herself just before fighting Angelus, so that if/when he bit her, he'd be drugged as well.
