A BMPT Terminator disabled near Krasnohorivka.
Translation:
Impressive, I remember the other BMPT they managed to knock out near Kreminna was really giving the Ukrainians are a rough time.
Oh really when?Ought to give the Ukrainians an easy time with them BMPT removed.

AI plane partiticpated in a mock dog fight with human onboard.
AI marks one of the biggest advances in military aviation since the introduction of stealth in the early 1990s, and the Air Force has aggressively leaned in. Even though the technology is not fully developed, the service is planning for an AI-enabled fleet of more than 1,000 unmanned warplanes, the first of them operating by 2028.

Who watches the watchmen?Ukrainian showing off a Russian ShOAB-0.5 frag grenade that's about to get a second life for a future drone attack.
Likely one that's captured.
"Vista’s military operators say no other country in the world has an AI jet like it, where the software first learns on millions of data points in a simulator, then tests its conclusions during actual flights. That real-world performance data is then put back into the simulator where the AI then processes it to learn more."
They have put an LLM into a fighter aircraft.
If your talking about the US one up there it's a GAN actualy.
@De Marquis RE: AI controled jet fighter. You said:
Well, combat can be seen as a form of communication, a language of violence if you will...
All night at the computer, cuz people ain't that great. I keep to myself so I won't be on The First 48Everyone speaks M 4 A 1, if nothing else.
"Any campaign world where an orc samurai can leap off a landcruiser to fight a herd of Bulbasaurs will always have my vote of confidence"To the best of my understanding, LLM's aren't just language specific. They can learn anything that there are repeated sequences of.
Your correct, but agian, Alpha/Vista is a GAN not an LLM these are diffrent methods of AI creation.
GAN are zero sum games where you have the AI compete against version of itself, LLM are every thing all at once, this DARPA program has existed since before LLM exist, and has talked about in the past about its Adversarial Network....
Plus... you know zero sum training just works really well for military situations, for fairly obvious reasons.

A US army soldier who's suppose to be stationed in Fort Cavazos after the ROK was detained in Russia for theft. He's seeing a woman he knows in Vladivostok.
Russian MOFA acknowleges the case and says that he's being charged for "theft" and nothing political.
Would've been less embarassing if the FSB had turned him over gacha debt tbh

Wouldn’t doubt it while the guy’s getting consular support.
I bet USFK’a getting a big headache.
Some guy tried to defect to North Korea to evade disciplinary action, and now, this.
"Enshittification truly is how platforms die"-Cory DoctorowGuy actually went to China on his own day off, never got to ask permission. From there, he went to the Far East.
Left out the part where he was married.
Saw that part in Stars & Stripes.
Ukrainian tankers talk about the M1A1SA (turn on captions for English subtitles). They compliment the overall firepower, accuracy and maneuverability, but note that the armour has been downgraded compared to the original version in US service. The tankers would also like proper HE-frag rounds for the 120mm gun, as well as extra ARAT tiles on the turret.
I am not surprised we altered the armor package. I know we have the M-380A1 MP-T rounds, which can do both impact and proximity fusing for shooting at helicopters. It can target structures but also infantry though not quite in the same way as a traditional HE-Frag warhead does. We also have the canister round, which is mildly terrifying against infantry, based on a few mentions of it being used.
Who watches the watchmen? It's just the removal of the DU and replaced with an equally effective traditional composite.
It's not even a "monkey model" thing, it's to obey some Carter era restriction on Uranium export iirc.
The Australians have the same thing and to my knowledge in their tests they were equally protected as any American Abrams.
Oh really when?Mmm, just remembered Iraqi M1A1Ms have been known to tank Kornet hits from the front with their non-DU composite package. So yeah, less than great phrasing on my part there.
