I don't think I've even seen that one in the wild.

It was a preorder bonus and is a stat clone of the base armors that nobody uses so that explains why its so rare to see.

I'm thinking the AT mines would be the better choice to unlock; the current pair of mines work best against the smaller bugs and infantry but are useless against the bigger targets like Automaton Tanks, Hulks or Terminid Chargers.
Unless of course, that airburst RPG turns out to be effective against Charger armor, THEN I might have a second opinion...
I did a bit of testing (it's available for free on Penta) and it's basically an eagle cluster strike on a stick and has a similar niche to the stalwart (very good at killing large numbers of chaff units). It'll be decent against the terminids because they like swarming unarmored units but the bot front is definitely the wrong place to show it off.
Can the launcher kill Devastators? Then it can have a place against Automatons. I'd imagine it'd kill Scout Striders easily already.

Not reliably. It also doesn't have high enough damage to one-shot kill berserkers so it's probably going to be a niche weapon on bots.
According to the devs what we currently have is actually a prerelease version that has some fixes coming in the next patch since last weeks patch didn't get shipped so we'll see.

Also, it kills yourself just as easily as cluster bombs. It might not actually be too bad against groups of Devastators with a loader though, since I'm pretty sure it can two-shot Devs, but reloading on your own is definitely too slow to make that a feasible proposition (but if you have a loader nearby while firing then you're probably going to kill both of you).
I kind of wish the rounds could be set to detonate after a set amount of time, that could be interesting...also I want that because the proximity fuse keeps killing me :S

Yeah, apparently it's proximity-based so you have to actually think about where you shoot it so it doesn't blow up too soon?
I doubt we'll be able to get to the Anti-Tank Mine planet though.
I've noticed the hot planets are really hard to accomplish, more so than other planets.
I can't believe Hellmire is still unconquered.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."A LOT of firearms were rebalanced today, and some bugfixes too, biggest one being the removal of the infinite grenade glitch Spiffing Brit made famous. The Spear missile launcher still has crappy targeting unfortunately, and shooting the Plasma shotgun while wearing the shield backpack will now cause it to detonate at point blank range.
The patch allegedly reduced the airburst launcher's lust for Helldiver blood...but I'm still going to be running directly away from where someone using it is pointing it.
I recently got off a few missions on one of those planets, it was nuts! The Bile Spewers got a new attack: they stick their ass in the air and turn into one of those artillery bugs from the Starship Troopers movie.
Oh, they had that before. They do that on difficulty 6 and up.
Really? Didn't know that. Could've sworn I played bug missions on those difficulties before, but I haven't seen it till today.
Among the changes in today's patch, stalker cloaking was changed and little bastards are now genuinely almost invisible. Rather than the weird highly visible translucent thing they had before they have a much more understated heat haze effect.
The new Deactivate The TCS mission type is... a thing. Honestly hilariously easy to the point you can bascially win them just by throwing respawns at the problem if you somehow manage to get the worst run in history.

Stalkers got Vuther, someone call in the reinforce.
It's cool that the missions are designed in a way that encourages players to act in a way that goes with the story. I've checked the number of players on the different worlds, and the majority of them are on the Terminid barrier worlds, with the bulk being on Fenrir III. Most of the Automaton worlds only have a little over a thousand players on them. Hell, one of them only had around 500 last I checked.

Just joined. Why isn't the Major Order updating? I've done like a dozen TCS missions on Turing.
Does it only update after a certain number of community missions have been done?
#IceBearForPresidentThe Major Order ends when the planets involved are taken or the timer runs out, so the Major Order's order overview will see absolutely no change until any of the planets are taken via en masse effort.
So yeah, 12 missions done on Turing by you is far from being enough to liberate it.

Community effort, got it.
I'm doing my part.

#IceBearForPresidentSo does this game require internet? I’ve heard good things, but I don’t wanna invest if it’s just another live service.
The Owl House and Coyote Vs Acme are my Roman Empire.
Did an operation today. In order to even get to the planets the order is talking about we have to break through Lesath first.
