C 2 C Journal argues that having the Canadian part of Proud Boys as a terrorist group is a bad move. All their (known) actions have been lawful so far with any of their protests met with counter-protests and they were done peacefully.
The argument was made that the terror list in Canada is politicized and based on what happened in 2021 when the capital in DC was being stormed (No Canadians were reported to be arrested). Author said Ottawa needs to look at the IRGC instead.
