I streamed some Fred Wolf TMNT episodes, "Turtles At The Earth's Core" and "Corporate Raiders From Dimension X" on Paramount last night.
The former still holds up as one of my favourites from the third season, the lines are great ("sure thing Banana"), and anytime Krang gets to do more than sit in the Technodrome and nag Shredder is OK with me. Wish we'd see more of the Fortress....or even the dinosaur world, it's just never seen again after this.
"Corporate Raiders" is a fun time mostly for Casey's psychotic antics, I'm still a little confused over it's ending mostly. I wonder how Shredder was planning to raise the Technodrome without a clearly defined means? Wasn't it still depowered at this stage? If it was the hydraulics that were supposed to raise it, why did the Octopus In droid with the water raise instead? Who put it there? Was it also an invention of Donnys'?
'87 Casey is so interesting to me because while he's pretty close to what Casey was in his first ever comics appearance, he is so out of sync with every other portrayal of the guy that it's kind of funny.
Shame the Fortnite design of the turtles are just for that game. Would want to see it in some production.
Looks like the trailer for Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles got leaked. Saw a bit of it on Twitter.
The Owl House and Coyote Vs Acme are my Roman Empire.Bumping because it’s here:
Broken link. But here is the opening anyway. Not sure why people are suddenly posting about the fifth Season of the 2012 series.

The Owl House and Coyote Vs Acme are my Roman Empire.Original designs, too, at least as far as I can tell. They don't seem to have just taken character designs from an old show or anything.
Shredder I think is based on 2k3 and movies (even has a Super Shredder variant) with 80's sleeveless look.
Splinter has shades of 80's and 2k3 as well.
The 40th Anniversary Comics Celebration, coming out on July 10th, will feature stories from across Ninja Turtles history. They're bringing back TMNT 2003 showrunner Lloyd Goldfine and artists Emilio Lopez and Khary Randolph for a couple of 2003-themed variant covers and presumably a short comic story.
Ciro Nieli also confirmed he's doing an eight-page TMNT 2012 story, and I'm assuming Andy Suriano is doing the same for Rise of the TMNT.
Latest blog update (November 5th, 2022).I wonder if the 2012 TMNT story will finally involve restoring Timothy to his human self, a plot point that the show failed to resolve?
Wait, Baxter's whole again. Isn't he with Bishop? Wait why is Hun still Slash?
I don't think the cover is meant to straight-up show what would happen, unless Baxter gets a new human body, Hun gets de-mutated and Viral coms back to life all at the same time
"Bingo! If two species hate each other, they will wipe each other out on their own."Yeah, I think they just wanted to choose villains that were representative of all of the 2003 series, from the first few seasons to Fast Forward/Back to the Sewers to Turtles Forever. I doubt it'll reflect the actual story in the issue.
Latest blog update (November 5th, 2022).Good to see 2003 getting its due.
One Strip! One Strip!Have we ever seen someone who already is inhuman get mutated? What I mean is not a regular human or animal but say an alien like a Triceraton?
Closest is super mutants like Rahzar in 2012
"Bingo! If two species hate each other, they will wipe each other out on their own."And Kraang Prime.
Two upcoming Turtles games:
Wrath of the Mutants, a four player beat 'em up set in the 2012 universe.
Splintered Fate, a Hades-like set in an original continuity.
How many times has TMNT been rebooted now and why do networks keep rebooting it?
Akira Toriyama (April 5 1955 - March 1, 2024).Is it any weirder than all the DC and Marvel superhero shows and movies? Or shows that don't end like the Simpsons and Spongebob.
Comics wise maybe it balances out but I don't feel surprised to see a new Marvel/Spider Man. I feel shocked to hear there's another Turtles.
Akira Toriyama (April 5 1955 - March 1, 2024).What's about Transformers? Don't they reboot more often?
Most of these are from the original cartoon - Shredder, Krang, Baxter, Mr Ogg and Chrome Dome. Tiger Claw is from 2012 and I'm pretty sure that bug is - I think Kraang were using giant worms for digging. Called them Kraathatrogons. But I can't find anything about the bird man.
