A muffin. Or Muffin, for short.
I'm just another troper.
Some people might wonder how I got onto this wiki. Well...
In 2018/19?, I was somewhat of a brony. I was watching a video, where at one part, he mentioned the trope Widely Spaced Jailbars. Curious I was at that time, I went to the page to see any information. I was learning information as I read along. I looked at other tropes, media I don’t know of, and the Rules of TV Tropes. Finally, I got an account on September 30th 2020.
I'm not a brony anymore, just to clarify.
Since the July 2022 issue, I have been a regular writer for Trope Report.
If you wish to send me avatars, do not send me avatars that are above 100px! Please.
Significant contributions I have made on the wiki so far:
- Anonymous Public Phone Call (50 wicks)
- Anthropomorphic Typography (128 wicks)
- Cute Oversized Sleeves (106 wicks)
- Freshman Fears (36 wicks)
- Object Shows (Index) (412 wicks. Guess I'm not the only fan...)
I suggested the new images for these pages:
- SimilarlyNamedWorks.D To G
- News 2023-04 (I made the image for this issue of Trope Report)
- Neighbours
- The Proposition
- The Tender Tale of Cinderella Penguin
- NightmareFuel.Grimms Fairy Tale Classics
I suggested the new names for these tropes:
I helped with restoring these pages:
Other Things...
Anime and Manga
- Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt
- Popotan note
- Pretty Cure
- Belle (2021) (I’m probably one of biggest fans of this film on this wiki, even though I don’t contribute to the page)
- The LEGO Movie (Used to hate this film in 2014)
- Maquia: When the Promised Flower Blooms
- My Neighbor Totoro
- Sausage Party
- Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse
- Spirited Away
- 21 Jump Street, and 22 Jump Street (The films. Eric is easily my favorite character, and I hope that everything that happened to him in the sequel is not canon)
- Neighbors (2014) (Got interested in the films because of starting an Image Pickin' thread for the other Neighbours)
- Not surprising, but I love takes on Cinderella and Beauty and the Beast.
- Diary of a Wimpy Kid
- Drawn Together (Not the movie, though)
- Hazbin Hotel
- Hello Kitty's Furry Tale Theater
- Miraculous Ladybug
- My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic
- Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja
- The Simpsons (Pre-Season 10)
- Total Drama (Heather and Leshawna are my favorite characters)
- Berserk Button: Do not bring up any of my Old Shame on this wiki. Just don't.
- Big Eater: I must admit, I have a habit of eating food. Thin variant, though.
- G.I.R.L.: Guys can have avatars of female characters!
- Tomboyness Upgrade: Gender-Inverted. I was noticeably feminine when I first joined the wiki. However, since 2022, I've started listening to hip-hop, and I have gained muscle in my chest, legs, and arms - characteristics associated with masculinity. Nonetheless, I still enjoy some feminine activities.
Trope Opinions:
- Most tropes on the Idealism Tropes index. I know, I am an idealist.
- OK, fine, I'm not an exaggerated idealist, and I do like some unchallenged tropes on the Cynicism Tropes index, provided it makes a Bittersweet Ending or Downer Ending enjoyable or meaningful.
- Bad People Abuse Animals: A great setup for irredeemable antagonists.
- Cinderella Plot: I think basing stories off Cinderella is neat, provided there's enough changes.
- Granola Girl: Adorable nature supporters, which is a trait I like in characters.
- Heel–Face Turn: My appreciation of this trope is probably based on my bias, because I'm idealistic, but it's still sweet to see a villain change their ways.
- Only Sane Man: It's an archetype that I strangely like, cause they can serve as the Voice of Reason for the audience, both in-universe and meta.
- Some Subverted Tropes: It can be quite neat and fresh to subvert some tropes.
- Widely Spaced Jailbars: I'm only gonna list it here just because that trope is what brought me to this wiki.
- Alternative Foreign Theme Song: I usually like it when such songs replace the original ones in dubs, but some foreign theme songs usually have a tacky melody, tacky lyrics, and/or bad singing.
- Evil All Along: I normally don’t like works with plot-twist villains, because I feel like it’s lazy writing and unoriginal. When it is completely done right, it’s an OK trope.
- Gilligan Cut: Probably gonna list it here because it gets most of the attention for being the first trope to ever exist on TV Tropes. I feel like it's been overused in comedy too much, but it's not really an issue.
- Sixth Ranger: Depends whether the character is perfectly written, like Setsuna, or a total bitch, like Aguri.
- Jerk Jock: My dislike for the trope is obviously based on my bias.
- While I’m fine with many Black Comedy tropes, some fall under this:
- Black Comedy Animal Cruelty: I generally think animal cruelty for humor is not really funny.
- Double Standard Rape: Female on Male and Double Standard: Rape, Male on Male: I'm fine with Black Comedy Rape, but all rape should be treated as equally bad.
- Queer People Are Funny: Particularly the transphobic version of this trope. Such a 90s and 2000s trope, and a trope that commonly ages badly. I'm shocked transphobia in comedy was still in fashion during The New '10s.
- Trans Equals Hypersexual: Same reasons as above.
