Should pages reference wiki vandals?

I was reading the page for the Golden Raspberry Award when I came across this paragraph:

This is to the point where a user named Mjanm1 (who was probably a Golden Raspberry Award Foundation staffer) edited the ceremony's page on The Other Wiki and changed several sections to make them appear far more positive, even going as far as to change the introduction to hide the actual motive of the Razzies - ridiculing movies based on other critics' or incredibly vocal hatedoms' opinions.

I don’t know, I feel like I’m getting bad vibes from this paragraph. Do we have a policy against this or anything? I know this happened on The Other Wiki, but I feel like we shouldn’t be parading this guy around, it dosen't have anything to do with the actual ceremony.

We can remove that (it might well have been an actual fan of the razzies) and also the note that the Star Wars prequels are Vindicated by History.

Actually I was going to remove that note too. It’s redundant since it already mentions movies that were popular to hate. Star Wars prequels being one of those.

Golden Raspberry Award is about the award ceremony itself, so I don't see how this paragraph is actaully relevant.

Generally speaking, unless there is a news story involved ^note ie Bungie ended up suing a streamer who was organizing a harassment campaign against employees, that makes bringing up names fair game we should avoid commenting on specific users and specific actions on a specific site. Talk about bad behavior in general, otherwise it violates the "importing drama" policy.
