Squidward gets massive thighs after he indulges in too many Krabby Patties due to his addiction to them. Squidward asks SpongeBob if he'll blow up after eating too many Krabby Patties, to which the latter responds that it will go to his thighs first, and then he will blow up, which shortly happens afterward. Poor Squidward.
